11:42 In Ted's defense, I understand where he's coming from, because when I was a kid learning how to play Street Fighter, I had no idea how to do anybody's moves! I didn't know how to do a fucking Hadouken! Then one day, I did it by complete fucking accident, and I was like, *how the fuck did I do that?!* I eventually picked up a strategy guide and learn the rest of the moves there. But the only reason I ever picked up a strategy guide in the first place is because I wanted to learn that one move where Akuma floats towards his opponent, grabs him, the screen flashes White, and the next thing I know, the other guy is dead. (I know what the fucking move is. I'm just describing my first experience.) Shit. The only reason I trained as hard as I did to become as good as I am today, is because I wanted to beat my cousin when i was a kid

Not only was this game janky as fuck, all the character sprites look like cardboard cutouts amidst the ugly ass 3D backgrounds! I mean, God damn it! We had Crash Bandicoot and Spyro the Dragon at this point! There is no reason for the PS1 Graphics to look this bad in 2002!
