Is the sign for Indian food different to the sign for an Indian person? Because the sign i learned for "Indian" is a bit less PC lol

Good question! The sign in this video is now commonly used for food, people and country. There are some signers who will still use the sign pointing to where the bindi would be for 'Indian' and the outline of the country for 'India', others will opt not use it to avoid any potential offense. BSL (like all languages) is evolving and you'll find other examples like this too where signs are changing and there's differences generationally and regionally.
