I've had mine for over a year, I'll give you a review. They're bloody awful, I have to restart mine daily to actually get my proper speeds, if I don't then I get about half what I should. It's the 2nd one I've had from them and had an engineer out too, I've also got an ONT box so it's fibre.

Yeah it would be good to see BT ship something better these days.

Did you play forntite with it? And if and if u did how many ping did u have?

it says in the bt book thing dont use WAN why is this?

You need to use the broadband port if you're on a part copper connection, but you can use WAN on full fibre.

As bt customer how hard is it to switch to ee ?

Not difficult but you'll need to pay an exit fee if you're in-contract.
