Btal Builds: Giant Hood from coroplast campaign signs

Giant hood made from six 18in x 24in campaign signs.
Total dimensions are 18in deep, 24in tall, 15in wide.
Sides: two 18x24in signs, no cuts
Top/bottom: 18x20.25in, scored 1 inch on each side and folded over to make a lid
Back: 18x24in, scored 1.25in on each side
Door: 18x21.5in, scored 1in on one side and 1.5in on the other
Coverts for door: 44cmx3.75in (top/bottom scrap cut), scored 3cm on each side and cut down middle
Total material cost probably around $10 with free signs. If you don't want to use pop rivets 3m VHB double sided tape should hold it together.
If you want to use a 4x8ft sheet of coroplast with the same design score a single strip to make the body and door. For example, a 86in x 24in strip scored at 24in (left side) then 18in (back) then 24in (right side) then 18in (door) then 2 in (flap to secure door) will make a 24in high, 18in wide, and 24in deep giant hood body, then lids just need to be made and coverts to block light. Folds will make this a little bigger so measure carefully.
