You need a bigger stall! 3600 stall would make that truck rip right around 4.56 or 4.88 gears as well would make a giant difference especially if you convert too a 4L80

Built 4L60, it won’t last but I had to built years ago when I had the 5.3. Probably gonna put a 4L80 in it when it blows

I had my little 4.8 up to 120+ racing a f150, you can definitely feel the driveshaft starting to get sketchy

I don’t understand the fear of these driveshafts unless they’re damaged? This truck has been 153mph on a dyno and I had an 01 5.3 with nitrous that we ran 130-140mph almost every weekend with no problems.

@@btgperformance9234 maybe you’re right, it is a new driveshaft too, but I’m too scared to risk it rn bc it’s my daily, either way I still felt vibrations, which could’ve been something else at that speed in a truck that age

@@eternalthread7846 could be the suspension and wheels and tires acting up going that fast, tires are quite important most truck tires aren't rated to go that high. Some new shocks could really help
