My biases are eunkwang and minhyuk!! Also, for live recs I suggest someday concert ver. Also, just an FYI, for the live performances they do rearrange the song slightly (like the its okay performance you just watched started in the middle and the harmony part done by eunkwang, chansub, hyunsik, and sungjae (in the concert minhyuk does the harmony as well.. if not, he sings the next part while the vocal members harmonize) is actually done by just eunkwang and changsub in the official recorded song.

Btob is very famous in korea, that's why they celebrate it bcs missing you topped its chart when it was release they are one of the few boygroups that can topped the charts. MISSING YOU is very famous song in korea you should watch their performance on award shows bcs you can clearly hear the whole audience are singing to the song

So Stand By Me was the first single of BTOB Blue and the video was directed by Peniel :) BTOB Blue is the vocal line subunit of BTOB and they focus more on singing straight ballads as opposed to “idol style music (music that generally includes rap verses alongside vocal verses).” They won Immortal Songs for their performance of “To My Love” and are very famous in South Korea for their vocal talent. BTW…Changsub & Eunkwang are both musical theater actors (both currently in musicals, Eunkwang - Excalibur & Changsub - a Marie Antoinette story, can’t remember the official name) and Minhyuk, Ilhoon, & Sungjae are small/big screen actors. Sungjae is actually gaining a lot of recognition & popularity in acting as well. Peniel does photography (he has had 2 professional shows & he did the photography for Changsub’s solo album), directing, & podcasts. Hyunsik does mostly writing & producing music. They are a multitalented bunch of amazing men. Also, they all help with training the Cube trainees as their time allows.

BtoB BLUE are basically BtoB's vocal sub-unit consisting of the vocal line members: Eunkwang, Changsub, Hyunsik, and Sungjae. The current active subunit is called BtoB 4U and it consists of their kingdom lineup. This subunit was made after Changsub and Eunkwang finished their military service. Hyunsik and Sungjae will be done with their military service in November this year. Hopefully then we'll get more BtoB BLUE content and that long overdue Killing Voice performance.

@@Koko3op Nope, once they're done BtoB will have officially finished all their military service as a group. Peniel is Korean-American so he doesn't have to enlist. Unfortunately tho, Ilhoon (the main rapper) had to withdraw from the group due to a weed scandal earlier this year. Ridiculous, I know. I guess South Korea needs some time to catch up with the rest of the world on these issues. He's supposed to finish his enlistment in November with Hyunsik and Sungjae but he's currently facing prison time after his enlistment is over.

@@JazzBeDamned actually his enlistment was supposed to end on Feb 27, 2022 but he is currently in prison (appeal date is 9/2) and he will have to restart his military service (civil service so 21 months) when he gets out of prison if he serves longer than 1 year (his sentence was 2 years).

The choreography of 'Way back home' is simple due to extreme high notes. Even Changsub said that his part near the end is one of the difficult one since normally he doesn't sing in that range.

I think you will like a lot of BTOB’s b-sides so you got a ton to go through, but I can promise you will not regret it. Also every member has solo stuff so do check those out to. Hyunsik’s album is my favourite. Just a heads up: BTOB is probably the most extra group out there, the craziest in K-pop. They are genuine, humble and serious with music, but never take themselves seriously in anything else.

also fun fact they always do live performances because they weren't good at it (they did once because the stage required it but they kinda.. failed). I think they're probably better at lipsyncing now but they're still at their best when they sing live!

I think Cube really pushed all of their trainees to excel at live stages, I don't think I've seen any of their artists choose lipsync if they didn't have to! 2ne1, Beast, BtoB, Apink, Pentagon all kill(ed) their stages.

If you want to know more about btob, there is a 2021 guide part 1 and part 2 on them! While it doesn't feature ilhoon because he left, I personally think that guide is the best and most accurate out there :)

When we mention ilhoon over and over, do you not realize that we are stressing the rest of btob out? The event scarred them and k melodies are trying to avoid mentioning ilhoon because we don't want btob to be constantly reminded of what happened. Eunkwang said that btob is 6 and that's FINAL. Ilhoon took responsibility for his actions. It was HIS decision to leave, so respect his decision and move on. Please. Don't make it any harder for both melodies and the rest of btob members. Let them and let us move on in peace. Ilhoon is an adult. In fact, they are all adults. As fans, we were worried about them when the whole incident happened but they are stronger than you think. Eunkwang and Minhyuk are 32 (korean age). They all know right from wrong and I can see they all gained higher self-esteem after military service (even Peniel seemed to be more comfortable with himself during Show Your Love). So, their mentality is strong. They can take care of themselves. Being worried for them is good but being obsessively worried about them is not good for both fans' health and btob (minhyuk even said in his live after he got discharged from the hospital, don't tell me to eat more. it's my life and I'll take care of it). We shouldn't baby them. We are not in 2012. We are in 2021. 10 YEARS. They all matured and got stronger mentally. The incident probably made them stressed and depressed but they won't break. They will move on, persevere, bring btob's public image back to where it was, and continue as 6. Also, the guides with ilhoon in it are not really that good (information wise). They usually just talk about funny parts (red panties incident, sungjae and changsub being crazy, etc.) or the guide reactors used a lot is hyunsik biased (the other members descriptions are too short and not informative). The 2021 guide is both informative and detailed (as it highlights btob as a whole, vocal talents, harmonization, funny side, and each btob members' charms).

​@@judithkim4050 i know what you mean but like I said, the other guides are not that good. They only highlight funny moments and one of them that reactors use a lot is VERY hyunsik biased. I personally think whether it be 6 or 7 members, guides need to be informative. If the guides are not going to give an accurate and detailed introduction to each member (not just favoring one member), then the whole purpose of reacting to guides is lost. If there is a 7 member guide that actually highlights btob history WELL, go ahead and recommend it. I haven't seen one yet though.

I hope you watch btob's performance in immortal songs. You can look at their performance as a group but i would totally recommend the vocal line. Btob- to my lover, btob-under the sky, and btob- cold from another show but these are all live performances of btob blue.
