Damn that sucks. But take it out pull it apart and see how bad it really is. If the block is savable just do a rebuild. Depending on how crazy u want to get build it or just replace it with stock parts and arp head studs, arp main studs, and get a upgraded “improve racing” oil pan baffle. Helps with the oil staying at the pick up tube instead of going to the back of the oil pan which starves ur motor of oil on accelerating really hard. It’s just up to u on how far u want to go

Thanks and it’s the factory. Ppl relocate it inside the car to under the glove box or under the driver side foot panel. I haven’t decided where to run it. I’ll be going Holley ecu soon so I don’t think I’ll be thinking to hard on it

@@PontiacSpazz with a cam like that I'd expect more around the 500 wheel mark, only cause that's roughly what we make with just a heads & cam kit here in Australia with our 6-6.2ltr LS's on ron 98 fuel. Providing the pistons have been fly cut for valve clearance.

The tune one it blew it up on the way home when I picked it up from the tuners so I’m sure I was supposed to be high 480-90whp with the correct tune. It was on flex fuel so they claimed. Think I only got a pump gas pull and then a e85 pull and then they just made sure it idled correctly because car didn’t gain no more than 24 whp from pump gas to e85 even with injectors and a fuel pump. I’m sure if I took it to e reputable tuner I would have been better off.

Never really drove it in traffic. And I wouldn’t want to misinform u because I had a heavy clutch. But coming off a stop light with my heavy clutch once I got used to it…it wasn’t a rodeo session if that’s what ur asking. But having a manual or auto u definitely would see a difference depending on ur setup (clutch/converter)
