BANDIT While I agree that you looked away a bit too much, I also think the talking wasn't even annoying. Honestly, keep talking. You were talking about the video, the members, the music, and what you thought of everything. I actually enjoyed the talking, it wasn't annoying or loud or obnoxious. I don't like when reactors just sit there and watch the video the entire time(that's not a reaction). I think ARMY here is being a bit too mean. I liked the reaction and the talking was refreshing. I also liked that you do a small amount of research, which not many people do. Keep up the good work!

The members are Jungkook, V, J-Hope, Rap Monster, Jin, Jimin, The Youngest member is Jungkook. Some of my favorite M/V's are Danger, Boy in Love, Not Today, Blood, Sweat and Tears, Fire, Dope,War of Hormone and many others. One of the things that has made them unique is that they write some pretty deep music and many of their songs are linked via a story line. The BTS fandom is called Army.

Hey thanks for reacting to them! So here is the background info you wanted. Warning: it's long lol. Members: Vocalists: Jungkook (21years old)- he's the one whistling at the beginning. He's the youngest (maknae) and is a the main vocalist, lead dancer and sub rapper, joined BigHit when he was just 15 years old and was majorly scouted by other companies before choosing BigHit V (22)- he is the one with the longer gray hair, long earring and deep voice. He's a vocalist. He also is an actor Jimin (22)- he is the blonde one. He is the lead vocalist and lead dancer. He was the top contemporary dancer at an prestigious art school before debut (He's also my personal bias lol) Jin (26)- He's the one with black hair. He's the oldest member, considered the visual, he's a vocalist Rappers: J-Hope (24)- He is the one with darker red hair and the last one shown in the video. He is the main dancer and lead rapper. Before debut he was his home city's best street dancer. Fantastic freestyle dancer. Helps produce BTS's songs Suga (25)- the one with blue hair. He is a lead rapper. He was an underground rapper before debut, releases solo works under his alternate name Agust D (you should definitely check it out), produces a lot of BTS's songs, it's funny you said he looks like the cute one but he is actually the one with the most swag lol Rap Monster (24)- The one with the peach colored hair, dimples, and deep voice. Leader of BTS, main rapper. Like Suga, he was an underground rapper before debut, produces and writes a lot of BTS's songs **All members write lyrics and compose **for the descriptions above, main>lead>no title Now for the groups info: BTS is short for Bangtan Sonyeondan or Bulletproof Boys but they also go by the English moniker Beyond the Scene. They debuted in June of 2013 under BigHit Entertainment which back then was a small, no name company. They were originally a primarily hiphop group (their rappers are considered some of the strongest in the Korean music scene). The first few years were pretty rough for BTS. They debuted under a tiny company, all seven members had to share one room and they sometimes survived on only one chicken a day (yes, it really was that bad). They were called the dirt of kpop and a lot of kpop group fandoms showered them and their fans (ARMYs) with a lot of hate.Their song I Need U, released in 2015 changed all of that, becoming their first song to win awards in Korea. From their they kind of exploded, releasing hit after hit. In 2016 the won two international awards (Daesangs) for Album of the Year (Wings) and Artist of the Year. In 2017, they won a Billboard Music Award here in the States for Top Social Artist, the first kpop act ever to receive a BBMA. They are arguably the biggest boy band in the world right now. Their most recent album "Love Yourself: Her" (DNA is the title track) outsold Beyonce's Lemonade album in preorders and topped the iTunes charts in over 70 countries. They go against the norm (especially for kpop groups) by addressing societal issues like mental health, female, empowerment, self-love, and politics in their songs. (3 of their tracks for their new album are not approved for Korean broadcast because of sensitive issues that they cover). Because of their extremely hard beginnings, they are literally 7 of the humblest and sweetest people. They work extremely hard for their fans and have the best, most active relationship with their fans of any group that I have ever seen. Some more songs to check out: Fire, Save Me, Blood Sweat and Tears, Not Today, Spring Day, Dope, I Need U, Run Told you it was long lol. In conclusion: Thanks for reacting to them! You know what’s really cool is the fact that they can actually listen watch do don’t and call *their* own KZbin video whatever the fuck they want...because it’s *their* KZbin video on *their* KZbin channel. If they want to call it a reaction video and it’s a video of them walking their dog they can do that. It’s super cool how that works. As for what shot them to being one of the top groups, there isn't really much to point out. They didn't have a "viral" song that became played everywhere nationwide, they didn't have a scandal or controversy or event that made everyone remember them. It's primarily just their music. They've been taking their steps one at a time. The first time they got nominated for a music show win was 1 year after debut with "Boy in Luv" in 2014. Their first music show win was 2 years after debut with "I Need U" in 2015. And even then, they weren't at this level of fame. It was still hard to get wins in music shows for their comebacks after that. In 2016, they got their first 2 daesangs. In 2017, they sold out their world tour. And now with this comeback, their album "Her" has gained 480k+ sales in just 2 days, which is the most any kpop group's ever gotten in that short amount of time. It's maybe because of how they tell their stories through the music. They talk to us through their lyrics, plus they post on twitter & fancafe, communicating with fans. So I think it captivated the fandom to see them as people and artists, aside from just "kpop idols".

My fave is Namjoon (stage name is Rap Monster, the leader), but still love them all the same. He's 23. Their ages range from 20 to 25. Haha. Check out their other tracks! Plus they always have english subs in their music videos, just turn on the captions. JHOPE IS MY BIASSS. I love him so much he’s a talented dance king. He’s the leader of dancing and teaches the other members. The hardest part of their coreography it took the other 6 members 4 hours to learn. He learned that in 10 minutes. He’s just so talented and full of happy energy. 4:57 - That's my bias. His name is Jimin and he's flippin amazing! As they all are. He can dance all types of dance, is classically trained and has a beautiful voice. DNA and Mic drop are from their new recent album called "love yourself: her" and this time they really changed their style of music, music video and choreo...so...what you watched from BTS (and also Mic drop that you haven't seen yet xD) is a really different and new type of BTS xD So...if you watch the other songs I suggested...you will see the old normal BTS...I just said that...so that you know that you shouldn't expect something like DNA from BTS xD Because this is a completely new side of BTS...and they always have english subtitles in their MV's...you just need to put on the captions and that's all xD And also...one reason why BTS is so popular is because of their deep and meaningful lyrics...they tell us stories through their music and even most of their MV's are connected and tell a really deep and emotional story (so we Army's are like detectives and always make theories whenever a new video comes out from BTS) and they talk about issues like mental health, female empowerment, politics and so on...so yeah...their lyrics are really deep and very beautifully written ^^ Please react to more and I will watch all your reactions xD Ok...bye ^^

Several members have done some solo projects and 2 that come to mind is the song Change featuring Rap Monster and US rapper Wale and the song August D by August D (August D is Suga's Rappers name.) The group also has many live performances and dance practice videos. My fave live slow song from them is Let Me Know from The Red Bullet Concert. first thing first, you two are such cutie. ok, if you are really interested in bts, i suggest you can start to react some of their biggest hits such as 'save me', 'dope', 'not today' and of course 'blood sweat & tears'. trust me, in the past l have literally watched a million kpop mvs reactions on youtube and have seen so many youtubers reacting to bts' mvs and related video clips ended up becoming their fans (fandom name is army). it is like as it were honey to bee. i also suggest you 2 to react to jungkook's cover songs such as we don't talk anymore and 2u. the blonde will love it. :). the more you react, the more viewers will come. i will come to watch when you react to more bts mvs and/or other kpop mvs.

Don't let his cuteness deceive you, tho: his raps can be deadly, either because of how savage they are, or because of how raw he is where emotions and personal story are concerned. Just... watch Agust D - Agust D. That's one of the songs from the mixtape he released last year. (Agust D is the name he used when releasing it). Savage. The Last, by Agust D as well, is very. raw. It talks about his story and is very emotionally packed. He used to be an underground rapper and producer before beginning his trainee days. Jhope (Hoseok): Choreography leader and resident Sunshine TM. His smile makes everybody's day better and when he dances, he has such body control that he can look like he has no bones no problem. His the king of popping and he's very versatile. He learned in 10 minutes part of the choreo for DNA which took the others hours. He's one of the three rappers (the others being RM and Suga) and was an underground dancer before joining BTS. Everybody in the group absolutely loves this boy. He even manages to make Suga the softest (and in exchange Suga supports him a lot). Is the visual of the group and his voice has a dreamy quality to it. Jungkook: Youngest, he grew up well. Is muscley and likes to "bully" his older brothers. He's very shy with new people and he's very competitive. His voice is angelic and quite versatile. He's also very good at dancing which makes him part of the dance line, together with Jhope and Jimin. V (Taehyung): He's second youngest. His voice is very deep and soulful. HUGE BTS stan here and I thought you guys did a good job. You sincerely sound like you are interested in our guys. Which is super cool. But if you didn't like them, it seems you would have been respectful about who they are and their talent, which is really all we can ask. I didn't read all the comments, but there does tend to be negativity from ARMYs for new reactors and the lack of knowledge. I don't think that's fair because you are reacting for the first time, why would you know everything? There isn't any reason for you to be as knowledgeable as ARMY because you are not as invested (yet -heehee). You become a stan and you can't help but to learn things. I wish some ARMYs would remember what it was like before they knew our guys so well, or if there was another group that they just started stanning and are not as familiar with them. There is an obvious learning curve. For the guys, I do love them all, but I'm drawn to Jimin (the blonde one) with the sequined jacket. They all have amazing qualities that you cannot help falling in love with. I agree with Bandit, in an effort to "protect" our guys, which ARMY does very well, there can be a level of rudeness and meanness that is just uncalled for. How then can people start stanning our guys if they truly do like them, if they were made to feel bad by the stans. ARMY, be the nice people that I know you all can be! These girls did a good job.
