You could try either the highest level of the parking garage or go to a parking garage on the weekend. Especially if it's a business district, they're normally closed of weekends, so no cars.

Why Daniel is so great- He thinks, wants or someone requests a song to cover. He arranges everything from guitar, keyboard, violin..... Within a MONTHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!! And it's so amazing that he did a new cover just between a gap of 6 days!!! Honestly, I don't really like k-pop but you covered it and it sounds so great!
