This really felt like a movie, I expected something big as well because they promoted it as something special, but they exceeded my expectations. There were so many references, those you said but it also reminded me of the 100 with their clothes kinda between medieval and modern and the dance break scene made me think of that one city in the show (Polis I think??) and the grounders in general... People who do explained videos/theories will have lots of work to do lol. Their latest project (album + the MVs) is really lyrics driven, yeah... I think I would have been way more confused by the MV if I didn't already know the song and its meaning.

Here's my explanation: when jk fell in this moment 2:46 he actually died and in 2:51 if you focus there's jk and the bird eating his dead body and the bird that jin free it here 4:43 was jk's soul, and if you notice in 6:13 jk was standing alone looking at a 7 birds flying, and that's how jk knew that the rest of the members are free with him now and he started to run with them to the top smiling happily that they're finally free. Still just my thoughts so idk guess we will figure out later because i got really really confused 😂💔

*FINALLY* *A reactor who noticed that those were literally the walls from Maze Runner* And yes, the whole video gave me medieval/LOTR vibes. The landscape looked just like Rohan. All we missed was a cavalry charge (which would have been super epic let's be honest). All in all, this mv was a work of art. It's so refreshing to see BTS bring back the storyline. There were subtle connections to the Young Forever/Wings storylines and I'm here for it. This is a masterpiece. *PERIOD*

quelques trucs: -La petite fille représente les Armys, elle a donc les yeux bander pour ne pas voir les horreurs du monde et V retire le bandeau quand le mur s'ouvre comme si il y avait un nouveau monde, un meilleur monde. - Le feu ma fait penser au Phénix qui brûle pour renaître - la pile de tambours me fait penser au pays sous dictature qui n'ont pas le droit de jouer de la musique - Suga semble être dans une secte ou tout le monde se ressemble, donc pas le droit de s'exprimer. - Et bien-sûr l'arche de Noé avec Namjoon.
