BTS (방탄소년단) 'Yet To Come (The Most Beautiful Moment)' MV REACTION

I somewhat saw the emotional side of the MV coming but I didn’t expect it to hit this hard. Seeing them look back on their career by showing some iconic sets and scenes (the bus is what crushed me the most ngl, them going back to their roots basically) and them questioning their journey too is what made this whole thing so vulnerably human and even though it is true that I’ve grown apart from them a bit these parts years, my heart remembers them and the love, pride and respect that I feel towards them remains the same. It might also sound foolish of me to say this, but I want to believe that the best is yet to come and that, even though, yes the past was great, the future still holds a lot of good things to look forward to. Hope makes you live after all and I want to believe. Even though I dread these types of moment where I know I’ll be hit by emotions, I still welcome them because they shape me as a human and so watching this MV really reminds me of their journey but also mine along side them. I’ve grown with them and learnt thanks to them and that’s why I will believe in them that the best is yet to come.

some people have ''grown apart'' from BTS because they've became too big and successful. Its weird, but with BTS their success is based on authenticity and humbleness(aside from musical talent).This song literally says, ''hey, we've become successful, but even after all that I'm still the young boy that you all know and loved, and the best is yet to come'' Even they know it. I think this a farewell before military service.

No, it’s not because they became too big and successful. Their music changed and things they went by and said changed and made us grew distant. And BTS is aware that some fans think this, they know we prefer their old music. That’s why they said “the past was the best”. This song gives comfort and reassurance to all fans, but especially the fans that grew distant over the past couple of years.

I think there’s other reasons why, it’s obvious that their music nowadays is not the same and you can hear that by listening to the Proof album and you can see the quality isn’t as good but in a way i still see growth. When you are as big as them you gotta make music to appeal to the masses and I don’t think they have lost their humbleness bc of that

I mean this is an end of an era but as they said there’s more yet to come later on but I don’t think anyone can get to bts’ level of popularity I seriously am curious to see another group make strong connections within music.

Firstly I just wanted to say that JKs vocals are amazing and the lyricsare so poetic and beautiful. Secondly the MV itself has this calming effect (which also is emotional to me). I also love how they sing about how much they love music and doing eat they like. It's like they are looking back on the past and looking forward to the best that's "yet to come". Also there are references to past MVs including Springday, BST, no more dream aka the bus. I don't know why but this song is bringing tears to my eyes and I can't help but smile through out the whole thing and them wearing all white it's like they are angels singing to us (which in reality they are). I also love the melodic beat of the music as its so relaxing and calming. Also I love the message through the song that is the best moment is yet to come so keep doing what you love. I. Je suis comme toi, ces dernières années j'ai le sentiment de m'être un peu éloigné d'eux, mais chaque nouvelle chanson et nouvel album renoue le lien, même si, en effet, cela a changé et c'est différent des premiers come-backs. Les ayant découverts et aimés juste avant qu'ils commencent vraiment à gagner en popularité, j'ai le sentiment d'avoir perdu quelque chose d'intime (aussi étrange que cela puisse paraître) qu'ils partageaient avec nous avant l'énorme succès international il y a environ 3 ans. C'est naturel et cela nous laisse de beaux souvenirs. Ils changent, nous changeons, mais j'espère que ce qui ne changera pas c'est que leur musique me fera toujours autant plaisir et beaucoup de bien à l'écouter dans le futur. Rien ne pourra changer ce pincement de cœur et cette vague d'émotions qui me submerge aux premières notes de "봄날" (Spring Day), comme toutes les autres émotions et souvenirs associés à de nombreuses chansons de BTS depuis toutes ces années. i always had this theory that they would basically go back to square one like they said in the song after military enlistment. ofc not in the sense that they will literally redo their previous eras (wouldn’t be mad about it, which i will explain why afterwards) but as an ode to them. i started it around 2020 with mots 7 before their military deadline extension with the idea of *that* being their ode to the past and looking back with call backs to their previous songs. ON was a link to NO and was so explosive and felt like a last hurrah for what may come next, almost a grand way to say goodbye for now after an iconic and fitting *7* years. i had different versions, but the main one was if all members went to serve, they would comeback around this time back to square one. (note: this was before any of the english tracks and other iconic events they were a part of which with hindsight, i’m glad they didn’t enlist yet back then) with their sound and concepts and stories from 2013-2020, 2 cool 4 skool - mots 7, angsty high school boys full of hardships and struggling, to young adults learning how to love themselves up to that point with themselves as their source of acceptance, it would be fitting for their branding and overall career that that transitional period from 2013-2020 would come back to either haunt them or essentially replicate themselves as adults in terms of the storyline. songs from the school trilogy being about not conforming to the harsh realities of adulthood like they faced as students. hyyh sounds for the hard times and conflicting stresses of becoming an adult and maybe having past trials haunting you still, not at peace with yourself again. wings and ly series get portrayed as the true difficulties and the fight for surviving your own issues and the struggles of losing your young self and the dreams or aspirations you had back then that get pushed aside due to needing to work, fulfill new responsibilities, losing friends, etc. again, to me it would be very fitting for BTS to take this route with new music and sounds and messages and reassurance that they haven’t lost themselves to the noise and spotlight. this was my initial theory back then when military enlistment was looming over their heads just like it is now. now with even bigger success and even more eyes on, what they do now is just a guess at this point. if they all enlist, then coming back with similar sounds as in the school trilogy, it would be one of many ways to go back to square one as a continuation or maybe an alternate storyline of being adults now with call backs of their student life. honestly who knows what they and bighit will do, this is just what i believe could work for them and also would enjoy to see how they would tackle this idea. with yet to come here and their future in question, what do y’all think? i know i will continue to support them and anticipate what they choose to do. always thankful for them
