I like how open minded you are to trying something new. Tiny deck is an excellent place to go next. It is 3 songs: Dynamite, Save Me and Spring Day. You can hear their voices so clearly. BTS has an over arching theme that connects their music, videos and so forth. It is deep lol however rather worrying about all that now you can enjoy the songs for how amazingly good they are. V about this song: "I wrote 'Blue & Grey' when I was at my lowest point, when I was actually asking whether I could keep going with my work or not. Even the fun parts of work became a chore, and my whole life felt aimless. 'Where do I go from here? I can’t even see the end of the tunnel'. Those kinds of thoughts hit me hard. It was when work was a major challenge. When I’m happy, I want to work, and when I’m happy I can put on a smile and see the fans, but there was just so much work to do. I’m an easygoing, you know, laid-back person, but I was stretched too thin and I was starting to sputter. What I mean is, I was having a really tough time, and thinking, 'What’s waiting for me at the end? It’s important to be successful, but I’m also trying to be happy, so how come I’m not happy right now?' That’s when I started to write “Blue & Grey." SUGA about this song: "Originally, my lyrics were so deep. I think it's good that Taehyung (V) filtered it a bit. My lyrics went too deep. 'Everyone seems happy'. The lyrics around that line had a more depressing mood but this sort of balanced that out. When people look at each other, they’re all having hard times and are suffering, but superficially, they all look happy. We all know that not everyone’s happy. So when i was writing the lyrics for Blue&Grey, I’d already written some songs related to that, so i mixed them."

There’s no music video for B&G. This was their first performance of the song. Remember Blue and Grey was written towards the beginning of the pandemic, and the lyrics capture the mood of isolation and uncertainty. In particular, Suga’s verse talks about how he is no stranger to anxiety, JHope sees the threat of heavy depression in the form of a grey rhino advancing towards him, and of course, V is battling insomnia… The authenticity of the songwriting is what ARMYs value, and many people don’t know about them. Glad you’re spending some time listening to their unplugged lives.

Random trivia: in an interview JHope said his lyric about "grey rhino" (maybe an economic term?) refers to an event similar to a black swan, but one where everyone can see it coming but does nothing about it (e.g. countries not preparing for a pandemic situation).

Sad to say there is no music video to this song 😢 i think that is why they film some of these performances so beautifully and artistically. Like their performance of Home on the Jimmy Fallon show also looks like it could be a music video. Still excited for your reaction on their tiny desk performance! I know you already filmed it, but wanted to let you know in case you didn't, It has captions on it! But both songs also have music videos with captions. ☺️ So if you want to understand some their meaning, which are both beautiful, I think, you can go ahead and watch the performance again in your own time or the music videos at some point. @@inuyashalovergyal Its actually not. if you watch the two videos, the coloring and audio is much differnt. Its the same video, yes. But BANGTANTV's version is altered. It might not be much different to someone who is just casually watching/listening, but to someone who is actually watching for these things, it can be quite the major difference.

The part you said Jimin has a unique voice.....that was actually V 😅....V has the biggest range in BTS....he goes from real deep to real high......they all have unique voices Note: This song is written by V....this song was supposed to be in V's mixtape but members liked the song and decided to put it in the album after adding the rap parts...so this song particularly describes V's emotions...he wrote this song when he was at his lowest 💜💜

This song is gorgeously sad. It's also such a flex by the vocal line. The harmonies are breathtaking, but you'll notice the they start with Jin and Jimin in the upper register and Jungkook and V in the lower. The second time, both pairs switch, showing off all of their incredible range, and it's still equally good. They're all amazing!!

At 7:08 it was indeed Jimin's voice, and I believe that's what was commented on! Lol!! Yes!! That's JIMIN!!It was just paused a little after the fact! If the screen wasn't blurred one could clearly see, plus JIMIN has such a distinctive unmistakable voice, and yes has the capacity to indeed sing in lower registry but not given the chance always since most of the time those parts are given to other members!! Some army apparently aren't even awar of Jimin's full range capacity, especially newer army!! Happy that it was pointed out hear!!

Blue and grey are one of my favorite songs. Such a calm and beautiful song. I hope that v release the English version in his mixtape cause that version sounded beautiful in the soop when he sat in the canoe.
