Once you learn about the boys, you can never turn back. They are without a doubt, one of the most genuine, fun, talented, honest, and very candid human beings to ever be collected into one group. I can proudly say they are quite unique, just in terms of how they approach music and idol life. Then once you learn about Rapmonster and his history in the underground and DNH, you will be floored. Iron, who is now a contestant on show me the money 3 is slaying over there and when people search for his name, you see bangtan as a suggested word. Supreme Boi is part of their album production. And then we have i11evn, DJ Snatch, and everyone else supporting the boys, it's just pure love tbh. I mean it, you won't regret going deep with them. Their quality of music is so underrated it frustrates me.

For me, it takes multiple music videos that show a constantly good production of music before I can get into a group. The first song I heard from BTS was No More Dream and it was only a little sample from watching a show they had an interview on. I then listened to We Are Bullet Proof and N.O and I thought they were a good enough group to keep and eye out for. When they came out with Boy In Luv, I was officially part of their fandom. Join A.R.M.Y lol. Please watch American Hustle Life and the Bangtan Bombs! I wasn't a fan of k-pop but this group is really awesome! I only had heard of 2ne1 and snsd. Right away was impressed with the boy groups especially EXO, BigBang, BAP. However, BTS really stands out because they are full of energy, very human, extremely modest, each member has great skill. Their music is really unique as well. Suga produced Let Me Know which is one of the best songs off the Dark & Wild album. Jin is my bias (he is a 'visual' lol, his lips are charms, good cook, really nice/modest and does a good job caring for the guys even if they don't reciprocate the love). He is a bit quirky but its cute to me. He is the oldest, he will be 22 soon (24 I think in Korean age). This late 20s noona is not robbing the cradle. I also like Rap Mon he is 20, so is J-Hope.

tbh, i'm a fan of bangtan but the lyrics of the chorus plus the vaguely threatening choreo (swiping a thumb across the throat, uh?) is nagl to me. that combined with the totally unnecessary violence towards the girl in the boy in luv mv (slamming into a locker, shaking her head, grabbing her wrist) is making me concerned that this is becoming a trend. considering how many young female fans they have, they should (and really CAN, they're super talented) do better.

+Night G. Shes not referring to the cussing and there was no cursing. 1theK's translation was more accurate than Bighits's and if you understand hangul youd know there were no curse words said. She talking about the aggressive nature BTS has been showing lately like in Boy in Luv, etc. I noticed it as well and it is cringeworthy but I just try to overlook it because I know theyre nice boys. But yeah im sorta worried about the message its sending out the younger generation....Regardless I love BTS!

Okay, I knew someone was bound to point this out eventually. The violence in the Boy In Luv video towards the girl (I heard) was the director's idea. Probably because you see that kind of stuff in dramas all the time. I mean we have to recognize that in South Korea they still kind of have that idea that the man should be more dominant than the woman, which is why you often see men in dramas and stuff asserting their dominance over the girl through physical acts like that. It's obviously barbaric and just because it's a social norm doesn't mean it was alright to include it in the video but that's a topic for a different discussion. In conclusion, it wasn't the members of BTS who wanted to include it in the video. As for the Danger video, I really don't think there is anything in there that is meant to portray physical violence towards the girl they're seeing. It's more like they are super pissed off that she is using them when they are giving her everything, so they aren't going to take her crap anymore and want to dump her. I've had boyfriends who were assholes and eventually I got so mad that I would "threaten" to leave them if they treated me like that anymore, which is what they're doing in the video. I mean they're obviously mad, who wouldn't be if their significant other was treating them so poorly? But you see an aggressive dance and angry lyrics and automatically assume they're talking about physical violence and I don't think that is fair to the group. I just don't want to see this group of young boys who I am sure are not advocates for physical violence towards women become associated with it because of one decision their director made and some angry relationship lyrics.
