7:55 you could also save all your scrap pieces of yarn that you would normally throw away and use that as stuffing also! 🫶🏼🫶🏼

Mega dino is so cute!! I love that you tested your dino patterns in worsted weight first. I always see big crochet plushies in super thick yarn but I always wonder how they turn out in worsted weight since that's all I buy 😂 in addition to your mini dino I'll definitely make mega dino in worsted weight ❤

@@artareon The worsted weight version took me about 550g of worsted weight yarn, so about 2-4 skeins depending on how big the skeins are!

Thank you for documenting the process… one may be in my Grandsons future. I would have to strengthen the neck - some armature as he is a bit intense lol. He gave the mini Dino I made for him a workout (happy boy Dino is now named Mr. Brontosaurus lol). I will be buying the pattern, so glad you made him. Maybe for shipping Greyhound is an option?
