In BTS, the four vocal line (Taehyung, Jungkook, Jin and Jimin) hits high notes effortlessly but Jin and Jimin are in charge of hitting higher notes in the group. Jin is a tenor and he’s got the strongest vocals among the vocal line and he belts his notes amazingly ❣️.

Jin does do a lot of background vocals, but since he and jimin are quite close when it comes to their voice, many times they are mistaken for each other!

Maybe Jin in this song doesn't sing much, but he has a lot of solo songs. He belongs to the vocal line. My favorite is Epiphany, which talks about how important it is to love yourself. I hope someday you will make a reaction to Jin's songs to hear his beautiful voice.

Jin surprising has the largest range of the vocal line, as he can sing lower than V and higher than Jimin. Quite often parts sung by Jin and J-Hope are attributed to other members. They both have this ability to match other voices in the group well depending upon how they are singing. Jin usually is known for his powerful chest voice. Jin also does a lot of the high parts and is most often mistaken as Jimin.

Thank you for reacting! HOME is one of my favorite songs off the Map of the Soul: Persona album. There’s a live version they did for the Jimmy Fallon show in 2020 that’s fun to watch. One thing to remember is that a good majority of the color-coded lyrics channels aren’t 100% accurate when it comes to the line distribution, lyrics translation, or even actual Korean lyrics. I’ve noticed that a lot of them post videos sometimes less than an hour after a song or Music Video drops and even though there are mistakes (as shown by live clips uploaded later or official videos) they never correct the videos.

Jin is my vocal bias. I understand some fans want their bias to have more prominent or so called equal parts in the BTS songs but that's not how BTS operates or their songs are structured. It's not about equal distribution but more, the best distribution for the song itself. I think it was RM or one of the other members who mentioned in the past somewhere that their parts for the song is structured to whose voice fits and sounds best in each parts of the song and it is made with the general consensus of the members and all the staffs involved with the final approval of the higher ups in the company. It's the amalgamation of everyone involved to make the best quality music possible that they follow to this day. If any one of the members wish to shine more of their individual talent, they are free to work on their own solo projects. The great thing about BangPD, is that he left the boys to make that choice of how far they are willing to go, as a group and individuals. The mentality is what you put in, is what you get out so make it your best. Quality of the song production tops everything. I think that's why, they have so many great songs.

Home is such a pretty sounding song but the live performance of it is so fun and playful. It's a good mix. Unfortunely you may come across many songs where Jin isn't featured very much. It's a shame because I love his voice and the way it seems to cut through the music. It's piercing and beautiful when that happens. There are many song where he gets to shine too though so don't worry. He doesn't have a lot of non-BTS solos yet but his BTS solos are awesome and worth listening to. I honesly think what you see is what you get with Jin's music. While Yoongi, for example, split his BTS/non-BTS personas up to explore music in that way, Jin seems to put his full persona into his BTS music. He shows us the side of himself that's the jokester who doesn't take life too seriously, forgets about all struggles and is the mood maker. But in the music he is very vulnerable about the darkness he doesn't allow us to see in everyday interactions. So if you're looking for non-BTS work in an attempted to see the "real Jin", then his solo BTS work does that very well. In fact, his solo debut was all about ARMY and himself while his personal stuff is more about himself often times. So you can get to know him and his voice well by listening to any of his solo stuff.

To hear Jungkook range extension, I recommend Dope and Stay Alive. Unfortunately, Jin is the less "used," but his triple high notes in Crystal Snow are legendary. His solo work is amazing! Oh! He participates a lot in Japanese songs.

All the members have solo songs. For Jungkook u should defenetly listen to "Euphoria" , "My time" live and "Still with you", for Jin "Epiphany" live, "Yours" , "Awake", "Abyss". Also there's a song called "So far away" by Suga ft. Jin and Jungkook, that's also a good start to hear their vocals.

They did perform this live somewhere too. Jin has some solo's - The Astronaut with Coldplay is most recent, and their are several other solo songs of Jin from BTS' albums, like Epiphany and Awake. He's also done some OST's for K-Dramas. If you want to hear Jin and Jung Kook together, with J-Hope, listen to Jamais Vu. It's a favorite song of mine. I would do the lyrics and then watch the live for it (preferably in same video). Some solos of Jung Kook (other than his recent song SEVEN) are Begin, My Time, Euphoria, Still With You, and My You. But, if you Really want to hear Jung Kook's voice - watch Episode 15 of Suchwita AND the follow-on Jung Kook Naraebang videos (very recent). Basically, you'll hear his raw voice in various genres as he does Karaoke. Jung Kook is a tenor. V is a baritone. However, both of them have crazy range. Jimin and Jin are whatever the high tenor is, I think, but really they can both go low also (e.g. Jin doing low notes in Dionysus).

i do think jin in general has fewer lines but not that much of a diffrence compared to the others. usually he does backing vocals too for songs where his voice don´t fit into the mix. other songs it´s V who is used less. and for the vocal heavy songs the rap line take a step back. but they always try to be fair while staying true to the song. for other songs Jin´s vocals fit more and he also has more lines than the others. Jimin and JK mainly take the lead on a songs mostly JK but they have used jimin way more since 2018. for this song jimin was the main lead and also in take two. or he at least did all the adlips. Jin left for the military right away so we don´t have much solo music from him yet only one new song the astronaut and his other songs awake and moon and he also sang OST. he has a very powerful dramatic and emotional voice, perfect for a soundtrack songs i feel like. also deep emotional music. so i can´t wait to se what his music will sound like. he will be back june 2024 and start working on his music. Jin´s voice is amazing on japanese ballade songs. you should listen to crystal snow he does a triple highnote

These colored coded songs aren't always the most accurate but Jimin had the most lyrics in this one. Jin has a beautiful belt. He sings high notes, usually but not always, right under Jimin's. He's had some really amazing notes, especially in their Japanese songs. I believe Jimin, Jin and Jungkook are all Tenors but people go back and forth on whether or not Jimin sings in counter tenor.

Jin had decent lines and it’s not significantly less than the others though it used to be that way in the past. Also this uploader decided to highlight JK’s doubling and layering which is like in 99% of BTS songs but don’t count as lines for him; it’s just Jimin or Jin, etc. Probably a good time to check out his solos because he’s very consistent especially live so it’s a shame. Also they all can do falsetto and they’re all tenors (the vocalists) except V who is baritone.

Recommend you to listen to vocal line songs to compare their voices. They can all sing falsettos which all sound different! but jimin can go higher than others. In their songs, a lot of times the same melodies are assigned to different vocals at different times during the song. It’s pretty neat! Also, JK, Jimin and Jhope sang a lot of harmonic lines in the background. In later songs, Jin and V did. JK also did a lot of ad-lib as well.

Actually, if you watch the live performance, Jin has the same amount of lines as V and Jk. There's a lot of layering in this song. So, it becomes hard to recognise individual voices. Also, Jin is respinsible for high notes along with Jimin. And at times it becomes really hard to distinguish b/w them. Atleast for me. E.g., 00:00, Answer: Love Myself, etc.

You will come across a lot of BTS songs where Jin doesn't have a lot of lines, (especially as part of the Vocal line). This is maybe one of the reasons why reactors always SLEPT on Jins, and the next time they react, they will focus on the members that they mostly highlighted, ow and btw thank you for noticing that Jin doesn't have a lot of line because if we saw Jin have have amount of lines on their song, we would literally rejoice and be thankful. Some lyrics video may not be as accurate because the vocal line do harmonize and do lots of ad lip in the song. Jin did have some parts in this song. Jungkook is the main vocalist so you might hear him more in most of their songs but all Jimin, V, Jin always do harmonizing and ad lip. You have to really can tell the different in their voice in order to hear them all.

please don't do colour coded lyrics anymore. and if y'all are recommending these, please stop. encourage them to listen to the songs on official sites. colour coded channels take away revenue from the guys, cz they're taking away views from the guys. please send them this information if you're in direct contact with them. they can either read the lyrics from army sites while listening to the songs on spotify or yt, or am, or whatever official site of their choosing, or read then listen, or listen then read, but please encourage them to listen on official sites. ccl need to be gone. they're misleading as they tend to highlight wrong members' parts, and army translators have told us how their lyric translations tend to be off too. please tell them. and tell other reactors you watch too, cz reactors are mostly the ones who give these channels views, cz they watch them, and then they're subscribers will also just go watch them too, and we don't want that. the guys work hard on their music, so the revenue should be their own.
