I’m an elder ARMY (75)……an old white lady living in a small town in Indiana….and I want to tell you how much I am enjoying your discovery of BTS, member by member. I found them on April 13, 2019 while watching Saturday Night Live. The performed BOY WITH LUV and MIKE DROP. I fell in love with them that night! It’s said that you don’t find BTS….they find you when you need them. So true! I spent all of 2020 caring for my daughter who was dying of cancer. Their song ON was my fight song that gave me the strength to carry on. Then after my daughter died, they gave me LIFE GOES ON. BTS has written the songs for the story of my life! (About same distance to each). :) I knew if BTS from Dynamite and Butter, carpool karaoke, and the intersection performances and liked them, but that was about it. I broke my wrist in two places on Christmas Eve and it was actually getting worse in the cast because of my osteoporosis (this is a warning to take care of your bone health), so I was just sitting, on narcotics and watching TV all day. Got into KDramas which led to BTS coming across my shorts. One of them caught my attention. I watched “Run BTS” dance practice first and was BLOWN AWAY! Hooked!!! Then I watched the “ON Kinetic Manifesto” dance practice and mv. And I wasn’t only hooked, I was obsessed. I try to watch TV these days and can’t focus on the show because I find myself on KZbin learning more about BTS and their music. (And I’m not a young person - silver Army here). I am definitely OT7 and find I get defensive when Inrun across solo “fans” so most of the time I have my YT on restricted mode so I don’t get triggered by those comments. LOL (I’m so weak 😂😂). I get you - I felt like I was sleeping on him too. I discovered him via Cold Plays my universe and his voice hit straight through the heart. There is something about the way he sings and his voice that portrays every emotion - you honestly feel some type of way with every song. No disrespect to the other BTS vocalists but Jungkook is the one voice you don't get tired of it.He makes it impossible . I cant wait for you to do his rap compilation and his dance - cos he literally is good at everything - another thing that sets him apart! Definitely listen to his cover of Falling - to me its way better than the original - Sorry Harry Styles but its true !!! @@justpat2316 Charlie puth said the same thing about his collab with “left and right” which they came out with at the end of last year I believe… the mv is funny and cute… and Charlie puth and jk actually performed live at an awards show a few years ago… they did “we don’t talk anymore” and it’s amazing!!! As for what you say about Jungkook, I understand you perfectly because in my opinion he has one of the best voices of this generation and he is so talented when singing and interpreting music, he is an incredible composer and a genius-level producer, he has the sensitivity to recognize that you need a piece to be perfect. You would be surprised that MY YOU composed it live with letters he received from ARMY and all the love expressed turned into that beautiful song. STAY ALIVE belongs to a Webtoon OST and the story it tells is heartbreaking, full of intense emotions, which is why it resonates so deeply. STILL WITH YOU was a gift from Jungkook to ARMY during the pandemic. He went through bitter moments like all of us since the tour that was scheduled was canceled and all his dreams of meeting again with ARMY on stage fell apart, leaving a deep sadness from there was born that song that he wrote and produced and gave it to ARMY is therefore not on Spotify, only on SoundCloud. Jungkook has done countless covers by different artists, both western and from his country. Many have been praised in such a way that they have said that it surpasses the original version. Some of them are FALLING by Harry Styles 10000 hours by Justin Biebers We don't talk anymore about Charlie Puth among others. KZbin has a playlist of Jungkook's songs, I assure you that you will enjoy it a lot.

BTS as a Group or individually: never a skip song, dude. And they have 10 group albums that have just surpassed the 2 billion streams marks. That is one big ass catalogue. Great reaction. PS: My you was written by JK for Army and if I remember correctly, he gave us as a present on his birthday, after they told us about the the break for military enlistment. Still with you was also a song he wrote for Army, in the lockdown of the pandemic when they couldn’t perform or see Army for more than a year. BTS connection with Army is very unique, if you ever watch videos about BTS Hardships or Rise of Bangtan you will understand. JK is very emotional and cries easily so he does put very strong emotions in his songs.

Love how into the songs you get! I can tell how much you genuinely appreciate the music & I love that! You would love the compilations of him singing live. He will take requests like karaoke. He’ll sing English, Korean, whatever song people are asking him to sing or rap just sitting on his couch in his pj’s sometimes. It is so fun! My personal favorite are when he’ll do his own thing or harmonize in the songs he’s more comfortable with. His lives are so fun! I don’t know any other professional singer that puts themself in that vulnerable of a position to sing what people are requesting with no practice. His random live concerts from his couch are seriously one of my absolute favorite things. I love to hear him sing. His voice is my favorite in all of music & he is incredibly talented. In My Time and Stay Alive, he really is straight up flexing his vocals. His agility is insane, going from his low register up to his high one, from his chest voice to a mixed one, he's truly a marvel. This song was started during a Weverse live broadcast. I was lucky to see this and how he started writing. When this finally came out I could not stop crying. I'm crying now. Actually my you and still with you songs for Army jungkook wrote this songs for us and they are so beautiful sings 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜 He also have song called dreamers it's world cup song by jungkook and he sang it in world cup opening ceremony also Jungkook uploaded a clip of his song called Decalcomania, which is a beautiful song and his voice is very different, but he accidentally deleted the song and could not complete it.

He didn't accidently deleted Decalcomania. He did it on purpose, because the song was written at a low point in his life. He said he deleted, but it was still in his head and he could re-create it if he wanted.
