But I think whatever support NJ receive from others (especially other Hybe groups) should be a sign that maybe they still have a future at Hybe if they are willing to negotiate and work with the new management (who are literally fighting to hold on to them). But certain people will probably not be coming back. There's too much money involved. Imagine if you were Hybe, regardless of their mistakes in handling the situation, would you reinstate a CEO that conspired against you? Or would you allow someone who probably wants to steal your multi-million dollar group ride off into the sunset with them? Free of charge? If NJ wants to leave, that's fine. But they need to figure out a way to pay Hybe, even if it's in installments. I don't think it's right if this is part of their plan to leave without paying Hybe a dime. Hybe may not be an angel but everybody deserves a reasonable return on their investment, don't you think? I think this is reasonable.

There’s no perfect company, each one has its own management issues, it’s just that Hybe has consecutive issues right now piling up, they have & acquired a few subsidiaries/other labels immediately & even changed name, now even the management gets affected (for ador), they can’t resolve each because their internal management isn’t solid yet I think, and also I think Band Si Hyuk isn’t a hands-on type of ceo, he’s more on the business side of things & just let his people resolve the mess or whatever it is.. so I don’t know how this would turn out for NJ, I’m pretty sure he wants Hybe reputation to stay as good as it was, but he also won’t just say yes to anything Look at the vocal issues with LSF & ILLIT, it was like brushed off under the rug & just go on like nothing happened, I hope the well-being of their idols are being taken care of & not just treating them as cash cows

Far from mistreated?? Hybe has been breaking promises they made from the very beginning. First they recruit nj trainees n made auditions for creating hybe first gg with mhj. Then just b4 debut without any communications they recruit the izone girls, shoving the nj trainees on the side n expect mhj to manage lsf. (Which she refused as she was already planning for nj debut) This is why even nj parents r critical of hybe. Their children were promised as their first gg but then change last minute bcs they acquire the izone girls. It was only bcs of mhj that nj were able to even debut just a year after lsf. They think they can walk over trainees, parents n even their own employees however they want. Due to this mhj not following n cowering under hybe, they hav issues with her doing her own thing n took the opportunity to kick her out when she raise her concerns with illit being too similar to nj. The difference between mhj n hybe is that mhj has said that the idols r innocent (illit) n didn't attack them, but their directors n management. While hybe has been directly attacking nj left n right. They release negative press just b4 their cb (Mexican gg copying issue, kalguksu incident etc), they even leak nj videos n personal infos to dispatch. Hybe employees were also seen kekekeing in korean forums making fun of nj. How r they supposed to trust hybe who did these things to them????
