A little background on this song, about 5 days before its release, RM went onto twitter to ask people about their thoughts on school violence after watching a documentary by the same name that had been aired by SBS. School violence in South Korea was just recently starting to get serious attention at the time and the Korean education and institutional system were topics that RM had a lot of thoughts over.

I am so glad you finally did this. I recommended this before but am so glad those two recommended it because it's pre-debut and yet it's so good. They recorded this when they were still trainees, there's a few songs from Pre-Debut that are still good. This was how they got themselves out there back then though(this song only cemented my growing interest in them)- They put up content, they had a message bored back in the day before the official fan cafe', and they were very active on social media. So putting out stuff like this in 2012-early 2013 was helpful since they didn't have the backing of a large company who could get them out there/more opportunities. I mean these guys performed at universities/schools, fashion shows- anywhere they could to get out there, even after debut. Anyway, I'll keep it short. Thanks for the reaction glad you got to see it.💜
