It's so sad that they received so much flack/ hate for this great song. As a 70 year old ARMY (& mom of 2 boys & 5 grandsons), I don't understand why they had to apologize for a song that was about young men & their thoughts about girls/ young women; which were honest & factual about boys thoughts/ hormones. I'm sure it was by haters & those jealous of BTS. Also considering the language used in a lot of songs it is quite tame. I love this song & MV. Thank you for your reaction. 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

The way their discography progressed was through eras. Their debut SCHOOL TRILOGY albums are were they talked about their lives and thoughts in school. The DARK AND WILD ERA albums transitioned into adulthood and went from being rebellious in school to being rebellious in society amd life. The YOUTH ERA albums reflect on life amd youth but the more independent they get the more difficulties they face, like temptation, violence, the darkest aspects of society and search for freedom and this is reflected in the WINGS era albums. Then the LOVE YOURSELF TRILOGY is all about healing from those traumas with lots of reflection and inspirational messages. After accepting themselves THE MAP OF THE SOUL ERA albums asks them who they are. These albums are an exploration of self identity both as humans and artists. THE BE ERA album is about the pandemic and focuses on their confusions, worries, coping mechanisms and messages of hope for the future. The last group album they released before enlisting was their anthology album PROOF which represent the members as a group, as solo artists and as people. It also has 3 new songs explaing their thoughts on their comeback and future after the military service. Since taking a break from group activities each member has released their own solo albums which reflect their journey. I hope this makes some kind of sense. This song is great! ARMYS love this song😅 Also to understand their progression you need to hear their whole albums because these ‘teen love’ songs are only a part of their album. There’s also songs about dreams of young adults, social commentary songs, songs on education system etc. You just can't judge BTS music based in their title songs/ MVs.

Recommend: 1) watch video without captions. Multiple times, if needed. 2) then watch video with captions. Multiple times, if needed. Whichever way YOU want to watch and/or makes you happy is all that matters. True ARMY will support your BTS journey. 👍👏💜💜🎶😂

I think it’s perfectly okay to go back and forth. HYBE just released RM’s new song yesterday and his new album will be released soon. He worked on this solo project before he enlisted in the military.
