Cheika brings conviction. He also brings a diverse mental approach in his dealings. Does he have an edge. Yes please. But that is tempered by maturity. Tigers need continuity. I really hope he stays for at least 5 years. Or Longer as Tigers need that. Let's not be cheap with this ambition. Big teams have it. They benifit from it. All dominant teams have it.
