@Simon-xc5oy7 күн бұрын
@@stinchjack Yes, it shows the impact they had on so many, as I have read countless comments of people doing the same as you, myself included. I have all the episodes of their Top Gear and Grand Tour on my media PC. And even bought the box sets of all the specials and the challenges. I cant get through a month without watching some of their stuff and its fun watching the very early episodes and watching them slowly develop from reviewing cars, to mucking about and doing more and more crazy stuff. The episode where they cut the roof off a people carrier and turn it into a convertible, was when it first started to register with me, that I was watching something special here, and that it was so much fun and had potential to run and run, and it did. All three of them are on top form and have gelled perfectly in that episode, with May and his comments about attack monkeys are more dangerous than lions. And Hammond is trying to show Clarkson how to take the roof down and how easy it is, and the whole thing ends up looking like a shopping trolley full of scaffolding and Clarkson is on the floor in hysterics about how funny Hammond is and how bad it looks. They had done some funny stuff in the show before this, but I think this was the first one that they really started to push it and it was the start of them doing things like amphibious cars, the Robin three wheeler Space Shuttle and the stretch limos etc....They did it all, they really did.

@@WhiskyMonsta "Normal" guiness isn't served at room temp. 4-6'C for normal, 3'C for extra cold. Extra cold also needs the double pour
@WhiskyMonsta5 күн бұрын
@ yes sorry your correct. But it is not supposed to be chilled is my point. The extra cold can be poured without double as is seen in the video.
