Getting older....okay, at age 67 the message I have for anyone in their twenties is that paying attention to fitness and health, having a passion for it, in your twenties and maintaining throughout your life, is of ultimate importance. Don't do it to just be attractive to the opposite sex, that's just not a strong enough reason to maintain that kind of lifestyle. But if you do and reach my age, you will be surprised at the options available to you and your continued drive and ambition to get the most out of life. I have experienced trials that could have ruined me but can now say there is truly a difference between just surviving and hanging on to life as opposed to thriving and wanting new worlds to conquer.

@Charles Huang So, I would like to be specific in answering this since it could entail a lot. Are you asking about diet and exercise specifically or about life choices at age 30 that have the greatest impact later in life? I have made many mistakes and dealt with a lot but being committed to fitness and health has served me better in ways that depending upon things such as relationships or things never did. There's all kinds of things that came to mind but I would like to attend to what you specifically want answers on.

Thanks man for your valuable advice. I'm not yet 67, but not too far away, and I totally agree. For super motivated men, opportunities just accumulate throughout life. If you maintain good health, there is basically no limit to what you can achive. I'll take your advice and focus even more on fitness and health.

My wife is 9 years younger than me. I've always found women much younger than me to be very cooperative and easier to deal with. They are not as set in their ways, controlling, demanding, contrary, and manipulative as women who were closer to my age. Women who were close to my age always wanted to negotiate every detail and it's exhausting. That's probably why men with younger wives live longer. Being with an older man just seems to play into a women's natural hypergamy. Most women dig older men. So don't feel like you're robbing the cradle. It's what many women want. I dated a women who was 17 years younger than me and she had no problem with my age. In fact, it turned her on. My wife of 23 years is still quite happy with our age difference. Every time I meet a couple where the women is clearly younger than the man, the women seems quite happy.

Have to share guys. Until this morning I was sleep walking, just got unplugged about an hour ago, a f ing huge thanks to Rich. Just quickly I'll explain. I was in a LTR (2 years)w a single mum, successful business owner overseas. Temporarily back in my own country to get ready for the move os and for marriage. Meanwhile we're looking around for reale state for me to buy in her country. All going well until I watched a few of Rich's vids. Kept making excuses to myself that all these deleterious things about dating/ltr with a single mum don't apply to my situation. Then acted on a seemingly harmless red flag. I asked her to take down the few pics of her on FB. Turns out she was advertising that her clam is up for grabs on a dating site. Instant end right there. Dodged a bullet big time. I'm free and NOT fighting over recouping from dumb financial decision/s. Not bitter and twisted, just relieved and better informed.

Hello, my brother! Thanks for the great insights. They really have helped me at so many levels that I probably can't thank you enough. One area that you really help me the most was by me actually start thinking about these issues and coming up with solutions to my own issues. As far as dating older women, I have a somehow different take. I never say never. Older women tend to be really generous and appreciative and tend to literally bend over backwards to satisfy a younger man. Plus, they usually tend to have their finances in order. My advise to men that date older women is to keep his business and his affair to himself.

Overall; I see arguments as something pursued by children and those who never grew up. No one ever pauses in the middle of an argument to concede - it’s about “being right” rather than being correct. It’s theft from time better spent in productivity. A confident man knows that the truth is not conditional to the granting of permission. Great video here - thank you again.

@@beaustine6093 submissive is the correct word. Feminism has trained people that this word is evil. Real, feminine women understand the power in being submissive. I'm a little late to the party but got a comment on Cory's question on having to explain yourself to people: You're always gonna be the bad guy in someone's story. Get to grips with that and get used to the fact that someone's always gonna have something to say about your decisions, you're in no way obligated to explain your choices. Your results are your own and it's far easier for them to point and sputter from the side lines, especially if they don't have all the facts. And also, keep in mind that anyone who wants you to explain yourself in grand detail is just looking for something to grab onto and cudgel you over the head with for their own satisfaction/as a coping mechanism. They're just emoting at you at the end of the day, they don't actually care about how you did things or what you accomplished - only that their feelings are hurt. You don't owe them that emotional validation, so keep it to yourself and just ignore them. That's my two cents.. I'd also recommend books like The 48 Laws of Power and When I Say No I Feel Guilty. Cheers

Kind of interesting comment about the TRT when that guy mentioned having a higher voice. Mine is not as high as his but definitely not deep like Rich's either and I have very high T levels for my age (mid 30's as of this post). Always wished my voice would have dropped more, and I'm kind of surprised with my T levels that it is not deep.

Unfortunately I didn't understand any of this when I was younger. At 33, I dumped my then girlfriend 21yr old because I didn't feel comfortable I felt she was two young. Anyway fast-forward 17 years I'm still with the woman I dated straight after her three years older than me and two kids later. The biggest mistake ever made. This bit is important if anyone reads this being a beta male is not only bad for you but really harmful for your children she aborted my first child I forgave her love right I believed staying with her would prove how much I loved her, smoked during the pregnancy of my first child despite us being older parents child born Autistic. As soon as my second child was born after a year of basically being jumped for sex when ever I walked into a room no sex my second child is now ten. I could on ignored all the red flags (didn't understand their importance) I'm staying in an attempt to save my boys. The only good decision I made is not to marry her when she wanted to keep her name contrary to popular opinion the UK does not have common law marriage. In short do not have LTR with older women even if they don't have kids at the time.

On the topic of "not explaining yourself": I think a great example of this is Thomas Shelby from the Peaky Blinders tv show, there are so many times in the show where I'm like "oh, how is he going to answer that?" and then he doesn't respond to the person at all. He just doesn't even consider questions if he doesn't think that answering them benefits him.

I’m 39 and if someone had a problem with me dating a 22-26 yo girl it wouldn’t matter one bit. We’re both adults. And at my age I haven’t had too many relationships, by choice, because I’ve been more focused on myself and creating the life I want. My mindset is I’ll get back to the girls when I’m ready.

My husband is 12 years older than me. He had an ex around his age, early 40s, and she was successful in her career, a feminist, and tried to call the shots in their relationship, so of course, he ran and thank God for that. I find our 12 year age gap works very well for us and we are the happiest we've ever been. My husband is infinitely more mature, intelligent, patient, and worthy of respect than all 2 of my ex bfs who were around my own age. Character matters more than age, but in some cases it takes all that time to develop good character.

Isn't men actually naturally wired to go for young woman for high fertility and healthy mother. The older a mother is when she gives birth, the higher her child's risk of autism .
@MM-op6ti

This is exactly why, yes. Calling a girl attractive, sexy, hot, good looking, etc. is synonymous with signs of fertility (bone structure, feminine fat deposits, strong genes, child bearing age).

Its not autism thats the main concern - she may not have kids period Once a women is into her 30s having kids becomes a question mark rather than the almost certainty of it in her 20s I saw stats on this a while ago I think at 30 years old, a woman trying to have her first child has a 10% chance of nothing at all It gets worse with each year and becomes unlikely in the late 30s even with ivf Most women in the early to mid 30s will be able to have 1 kid, but then there is the question of that who wants a 1 kid family? No siblings for the kid Then if she tries to have more it may never happen Plus 30s women are bitter as they want sex with the more alpha men who they exclusively slept with previously and her husband seems boring She declines frequent sex Who would sign up for that

Not necessarily. At my job there was this chick. I thought she was hot, she thought I was hot. One day I asked her out and she turned me down because of the age difference. The age difference made her "nervous". As it turns out a couple days before I asked her out she found out how old I was. She had assumed I was around 25. I'm not, not even close. So there are age prejudiced women out there and it doesn't matter if you're hot or not.

I read somewhere on Rational male the best ages for LTR happiness is about 5 to 7 years difference with the woman being younger, of course. But then there is Aristotle with his recommendation of 18 for the girl and 37 for the man, in order to decrease in life force at about the same rate. My GF is almost 7 years younger, and we are very happy together. I've had one who was 32 years younger (I'm 55), and TBH, I was not as happy with her in the relationship,

Hey! I own a house and let my mom move in with me duo to her financial situation. - This obviously is a game killer for the girls in my life and a bump in friendships as well. (Can’t make parties / invite people over since my mom is there no privacy etc). My question is as following; I have a financial situation where I am planing to buy myself a second property this year to rent out and further improve my finances. - Would it be better for my self development to buy the second property to move into myself or rent it out as originally planned, and keep living in the same house as my mom? Kicking/moving her out isn’t an option duo to finances / old age.

Once you have the perspective of inviting women into your world, everything changes. You are giving them an experience that only you can give, because you are unique. And they are there for the ride. You would be doing it solo anyway. They are accompanying you to the ball, you’re not serving them. Once they start hindering the experience, you can find another dance partner. Life is a journey, not a destination.
