I have always really admired the toughness and heart of muay tai fighters. Buakaw seems like a humble guy that wants to give back to the younger fighters. I use to do martial arts long ago and you can see that his techniques are masterful and ahead of their time. He is methodical and his mechanics is awesome. He has no telegraph or wind up just perfect body movement. Thanks for the video.

Buakaw is famous for his kick and strength but his tactics here are top tier as well !!! 1. Fake right then throw a left hook 2. Catch teep then pull and throw a hook 3. Counter a hook with a more compact (faster) hook

Most importantly respecting each other while doing so, this should cause a ripple effect to all other fighters and martial art lovers and set an example worldwide. Often we see too much trashtalking, disrespect and ego dominating the stage, for example comparing the UFC, Glory Kickboxing against Muay Thai and One Championship, totally different vibes. Love seeing these legends sharing tips from their experiences in a fun but educative manner. Hopefully this will help others to improve their game and Muay Thai in overal! Many thai people may not agree in this buakaw is great cause he is very good in all aspect put for specific limp there are numbers of muay thai fighter who is better that buakaw ( That make sense cause buakaw is like femur style not boxing style ) for punch i bet on Coban,dekker,samson and other muay thai fighter that can turn to boxing and got a champ in 1 year like Samart for head movement i think no muay thai fighter can beat Seanchai,Samart and lerdsila

I will say this. I turned 69 years old two months ago, at age 65 I bbn felt I was an old man, started losing muscle tone, sitting on couch, smoking and drinking. I had relegated myself to becoming old. After watching Buakaw I was inspired, I quit during, and smoking, got back into an exercise program. I cant not say I am in the best shape of my life but had it not been for Buakaw, Saenachi, Superbon, Lerdzilla and others I would I believe become an old fat guy with a bad attitude. I can not thank Buakaw enough for giving me a few more years of being a Tiger (although the roar is not there, my heart hears it now.) 🙏❤

Fascinantin, Bukaw use the same principles of Tai Chi Chuan, no winding the arm, only twist the waist & shoulders and magically the punch is faster. Bukaw is a real master, please create more videos with the great Bukaw! Thank you
