When Monica argues topics like people should be able to identify as a cricket or marry a tree its so crazy, its gotta be a fake character. The reason for this outburst is because she is Consistently calling JP a racist, sexist, natzi without fact cause but because she does it in a hallway joking manner for years its "ok". JP always had to defend himself over and over where he shouldn't have to. Since then JP did the correct thing and went through HR so she can't accuse him and berate him.... So we hear less of her because she has nothing else to offer

People comparing Anna to Monica don't know anything about anything. Anna brings quite a bit to the table, but some people will just continue to intimidated by smart, and driven women. I am not a huge fan of the sound of her voice, but her opinions seem to be well thought out. Even If I don't agree with her very often.
