This building was built at a time of dictatorship if I'm correct, and we were shifting into the American ideology and architecture, rather than the European one. We were getting more in line with the American way of infrastructure too, removing our century-old tram system, closing out train lines and investing way more on our road network for automobiles. We still failed to reach the quality of America, and we abandoned the European dream. We have the worst of two worlds. This is Greece.😅

In Russia, in addition to the Lakhta Center (which is located in St. Petersburg), there are many other cool skyscrapers. For example, the Evolution skyscraper (Moscow City) and the Mercury skyscraper (Moscow City). Also now in St. Petersburg, the construction of new skyscrapers has begun Lakhta Center 2 and Lakhta Center 3. These are very tall and beautiful skyscrapers!

I don't know why everyone is complaining about varso tower, just look at the shard, it seems a fully building to the top but trully without a spire (with glass around it), it has 244 meters, and commerzbank tower with a thin top (without a spire) is higher than varso tower by 29 meters.

What if you built the second tallest building in every US state or every country? I don't think anyone has ever done that. even though a lot of US buildings are not that impressive like say, Louisiana's Hancock Whitney Center. The second tallest building in New Orleans is really cool.

Great video! My tip that when I started using got my skyscrapers 100x better was to use gray / dark gray concrete behind blue glass panels to make it really good looking, especially since the glass panels add squares and lines to the building just like the skyscrapers have in real life.

I’ve always wanted to travel Europe, and this video made me want to go even more. Seeing the skyscrapers from so many countries in one place was amazing. If I ever get the chance to go, the Athens Tower 1 in Greece is at the top of my list.

Its only like, Zeeland, Noord- and Zuid-Holland, those provinces are in the most dangerous spots and a ton of stuff in the Netherlands is above sea level (including my house) so its only stupid Amsterdam and all thats in danger of sinking. Limburg, Gelderland, Drenthe, all that is above sea level, we dont have to really worry over here near Germany and Belgium

Fun fact: Italy has two taller buildings than the Unicredit tower for the roof: Unicredit towers roof is only 140m high, while Grattacielo regione Piemonte goes up to 209m. Also Allianz Tower roof is 210m high and the total height goes up to 260m with the spire.

Given the inclusion of churches here for Estonia and the Vatican (and the spire/antenna shenanigans elsewhere), Ireland's tallest building should be St Colman's Cathedral, which is 12.4m taller than Capital Dock.

I feel like pretty much everyone would wanna see Asia next. After all it's where we got such obelisks like Shanghai Tower, Taipei 101 (Which holds a special place in my heart for some reason) and Burji Khalifa, the tallest building on the planet currently. But despite all that... I'd actually go against what I believe to be the norm, and ask for like, South America, Africa or Oceania... Hell maybe North America too, you already got the tallest building in that continent after all too... So yeah... Maybe don't go directly with Asia right away, take that last maybe? That'd be what I'd do, but I know how popular of a choice Asia would be too. Regardless, great builds, very cool.

4:04 Greece is actually building a new tallest building at the moment. The Riviera Tower is set to complete in 2026. When complete, it'll stand at 650 ft tall. (198 m) I think it looks nice.
