For anyone that wants to make this: - It’s super good and you should definitely make it - If it doesn’t puff up add more baking powder (just a tiny bit at a time) - The recipe is enough to make a lot (at least 25 shrimp)

Ingredients for the mix 2/3 cups of corn starch 3 eggs White 2 Table spoon of flour Half a tea spoon of banking powder Half a cup of cooking oil 2 table spoons of Water

@@sako3xx canola oil will work as it has a high smoke point, and it's super cheap. Also, when you buy things in bulk it works out cheaper than buying lots of small packages of stuff, so using a fair bit of oil isn't bad if you buy bigger amounts at a time. The oil can also be filtered through paper towels after use, and reused to fry other things. Just a few tips from someone who is also pretty broke

Mix a 1/2 tbsp of raw honey wth just enough ghee to make it liquid then brush it on *LIGHTLY* after pulling from the oil to make it sweet and savory. Use spicy honey for some wonderful sweet heat
