Yeah! This is the Baby Metal of 80s PopRock. The sound of the guitar is so heartwarming when he plays his solo parts! I am so crazy, i love the 80s so much, i orderd a original neon sign the other day saying: Back to the arcade, looool. Living the dream, sad...but true. :-)

Patrick Barnes was your tape an official release version? I have one that has no official tape. It looks like it came from Japan in the 80s and someone recorded on TV, from another VHS tape, or like the video's laser disc.

bluetwinkesaregood was your VHS labeled with an official release sticker?
@usquanigo7 жыл бұрын
+Shattering delusions I suspect he's referring to the Hurricane Live tapes, which only had a few clips from the show. This is one. The rest of the tapes are the 'official' (subtitled) AMVs.

Bubblegum Crisis has the strongest and best soundtracks if all Animes.. Japanese music industry was in the 1980s the strongest in the world. Had many genius songs better than the USA. "Dry your Tears" from Kodomo Band or "Never" from Mitsuyo Nemoto was in the 1980s super hit in Japan.. If you want search this songs, give "Mie never" or "Dry your tears Ken" in your search..

I won't doubt you on BGC being one of the best soundtracks of any genre. But as far as the strongest in the world go in the 80's, the UK might beg to differ on that opinion, with the likes of Judas Priest, Ozzy Osbourne, Motörhead, Iron Maiden etc

The eighties were particularly glad, in those times the music caused an explosion of feelings and emotions , I think is like a different world because, the artist made one music based on more quality in letters and essential art .

I'm curious if they gave Queen a writing credit. That intro is a direct copy from Bohemian Rhapsody.

I doubt it tbh, maybe behind closed doors maybe.

People forget that the Japanese were Great imitators. They have taken a lot of stuff from the west and did cheaper and often better versions of things. It's actually the Japanese version of what they think Westerners were all wanting back in the 80's. And they did it very well.
@zarabada61255 жыл бұрын
@@robertmcmillan3638 There is imitation and then there is outright copyright theft. Assuming they didn't credit Queen or get a license to reproduce that sequence, then that is illegal, even in Japan. Queen would be well within their rights to sue them (though I expect they would only do so if the song ever became prominent enough to catch their interest). Artists all over the world take inspiration from other artistic works they encounter. The problem comes when you copy whole portions of another person's work, without permission, instead of creating your own variant. The example here is extremely blatant plagiarism. If you can't see how close the similarity is, go listen to a copy of Bohemian Rhapsody kzbin.info/www/bejne/nHuco4iwfrKWkLM
@robertmcmillan36385 жыл бұрын
Yes I can hear the similarity that's why I commented on it. Fender guitars are probably still waiting for moneys owed by Japanese guitar manufactures when they did Stratocaster copies back in the 70's and 80's no doubt. Or maybe they just didn't bother pursuing them. China is the worlds biggest thief nowadays.

I don't think anyone from Queen saw or listened to BGC or The Knight Sabers. FYI. I think Oomori Kinuko - Priss died in Russia last year.

The band is called "The Knight Sabers" like in the anime. Singers (and original voice actors) are: Oomori Kinuko Sakakibara Yoshiko Tomizawa Michie Hiramatsu Akiko
