Bubbler: a short doc on a beachside entertainer and certified bubbleologist in San Diego California

I met Reggie on the boardwalk of Pacific Beach in San Diego. I wasn't aware of the term bubbleologist or bubbler but she educated me and put on a good show for passing tourists. Apparently, there are a number of bubblers in and around San Diego. Reggie mentions that bubblers can also be found across Europe and in many other parts of the world.
