I used to play on a few RP servers back in the SA:MP days. We didn't typically have mics or even discord, so RP was limited to text. Sometimes it was fun, but mostly a boring grind to "level up" unless you were a sucker for P2W perks. So even with mics I can see that RP hasn't changed much with GTA V or RDR2. Would be fun to do a "loose" RP server where it's everyone's sandbox, it's not a concept I've seen done all that much with the rockstar games.
