Yeah I still remember I had some guy's stream on that was playing Project Zomboid. This was while I was job searching and just had time to have a stream on in the background while I work on finding work. The new update rolled and everyone was playing it. This guy was in some roleplay server where he was a cop and what happened was someone ran into I guess the compound the players made for themselves and other new players. Was basically a giant safezone. Apparently this one guy had a huge ass horde of zombies come in and fuck shit up. Sounded super fun but the guy streaming and his other players who host the server were more upset at the guy and trying to find him while killing off the zombies. Like I get super bored of the game after I find a fuck ton of guns and stock up on shit. These people just thrive on that part of the game. A horde coming in is such a welcome out of nowhere thing especially when you stock up a safezone with a ton of guns and people who can use them.

I stopped playing this game the second I interacted with the "player"base. 50 year old single moms with their kids in the background screaming, audibly fat voice. Knocking on my door to ask for taxes for being in their space (which is the entire island, and they fortified the exits to the island with 1,000 auto turrets and leashed dinosaurs everywhere). Absolute psychos with nothing better to do. If you wrong them they'll autistically dismantle and rebuild your base so every 1x1 grid is sealed off and fully fortified with signs in every room talking shit. Meanwhile I just wander off to a different spot while they track me down to ask what I thought of my base. Then they proceeded to attempt to torture me because I told them I didn't even see the base and they went insane.

The ticket is so pointless and really shows how much ego a lot of RP players carry into their games. Some raiders fucked with them, put a trap down, and ran away. They responded by tracking them down, and wiping out their base. That really should have been the end of it. Raiders are content they got to do a raid, the Bush family got their revenge, everybody wins. The fact that after completely wiping out the raider base they then went and filed a ticket is hilarious. It really goes to show how little RP they get outside of their own group that a couple of tranq darts, and a bear trap was enough to summon them all to base, to discus venturing out and murdering another group. For RPers like that it's not enough that they won in the end, they hate the fact that for even a few moments someone "beat" them, even in such a minor way. They carry so much ego into their games that even after "winning" the interaction, they had to run and tattle to the mods about it.

Yeah it's stupid. This should had been a fun and funny incident for them but they have to be little bitches and fake having some feeling of control. I feel like they maybe reported them after they saw their steam account but even then, fuck it. It's super fun when shit like this happens. Like when I was a kid before, the second graders, my grade which I think was four, and sixth graders would build snow forts and we would raid each other and steal each others snow. Was the most fun shit ever. No one would cry like a little bitch and report to the teachers someone stole snowblocks. One point we were let out earlier than all the other grades so we went to both forts and stole their snowblocks. We stole from the second graders so much that they ended up joining forces with us to build up our fort more not knowing we stole their shit 🤣 Point is, we had fun and knew to separate the snow fort game from reality since it was just something we did on recess during the winter and for fun. No one got upset and we all had fun. These RPers just have fuck all in their real life and instead of working on it, they rather play pretend. It is really sad.
