Looks fine. But the problem with karate is that nobody (in karate world) teaches it in realistic way. If you want to learn it, it is better to leave karate and join MMA, BJJ or judo.

Depends on the club and the sensei. Our sensei ( Goju Ryu Jundokan) teaches these techniques.
