Great video Will! I definitely agree that while phones can be distracting, there are ways to make it work for you and not against you. I’ve found focus modes super useful for that, especially with the ability to change home screens per mode. I’m a pretty visual person too, and I’ve used shortcuts to change my wallpaper whenever I change modes

Me too, I also switched from s20 ultra to iPhone 12 Pro Max previously, but I kinda regretted it cuz it had no adaptive refresh rate like on the s21 ultra, even though I never actually used a samsung, I completely switched to iPhone 13 pro max, and I personally have no regrets whatsoever either! Battery life is also pretty good, it can easily lasting me all day before charging

You should consider the Apple Watch for step tracking + lots of other stuff. I have one and it's awesome, it certainly helps with phone addiction too.

Good video. I’ve been minimalizing a bit myself. I just added my work apps back to my phone but I’m about to remove work apps back from my phone. I use Calm and get the focus music and breathing meditation all in one. I’ve got a few Arcade games as well cause they’re actually good, too.

I have a Oneplus it’s one of best phones I have used its pretty easy to get minimal with it,and in iPhone I enjoy the colours in the ui and I do think iPhone mini is a good pick only if the battery life was a bit better
