Yeah….ANYWAY. So this is an actual take on a great phone from someone who isn’t hyped up. Texting is fine especially if you text one handed. Get one with a large capacity because 16GB isn’t enough. The size is AWESOME. Expect to spend 70 on a battery replacement as these are so old you’ll never have a fresh battery and don’t forget this has an iPhone 6s processor in an iPhone 5 body. It’s extremely unique and powerful for its size. Love my phone…..has an iPhone 14 PRO AND an S24ULTRA SOLD EM BOTH. Plus it’s a conversation piece when you take it out. I can afford anything at a reasonable price……but if I had an iPhone 15 I would sell it and buy THIS and a switch oled. The only actual down side IF these things matter are…..no ip rating and no wireless charging BUT because of lack of wireless charging you DO get a metal back.

Well, i personally bigger phones in Size, They display better and they're just better in power saving l think. That's my own preference.

Mouse is the way to go for sure I work in telecommunications on cell towers dropped my phone from 50+ feet and not a scratch this case is the way to go 100%

Spotify has been getting more and more annoying with repeated songs and so much bloat. The only problem I'm having with apple music is the UI for the library. I don't understand why recently added is the default screen It's not really the place I go looking for music, especially if you're working with playlists it just gets full of random tracks

I only got rid of mine in mid 2024. Had replaced the battery of course. Loved that phone. Fits anywhere, has mini-jack for auudio. I would still be using it but some web pages won't load properly: you can't click on buttons that are somewhere off the edge of your screen. I keep it around for photos and audio and other stuff.

I’m still using a 2016 iPhone 8. I’ve never broken the screen and only replaced the battery for good measure. Otherwise, everything works fine and updates and supports everything as far as I need. It’s not too big or heavy and internet, LTE or wifi it’s still fast. Faster then my gf’s newer Android and my friends newer phones as well. It may not scan my retina have a super camera lens or clean the litter box but it’s a survivor. I rarely shut it off either, my screen time report averages over 23.5 hours daily. I have something talking to help me sleep and wake, I have magnet set ups for holders where needed 😁

I'm trying to go all-in on Safari right now, mostly because Chrome turned my laptop into a space heater. Been powering through it for over a month now. It's honestly a terrible experience, nothing works as it should, they can't even get favicons right. The tab management is straight out of 2010, and it's SLOOOOOOOW as all hell compared to literally any other browser, somehow. And the worst thing is, like 95% of all the websites I use are made by Google, so obviously it works like sh*t on anything not based on Chromium. Only nice thing about Safari is continuity with the iPhone, but that's also been buggy. And don't get me started on the fact that it randomly just freezes tabs and I have to close and reload it. I've been running it on both an i9 and now an M4 Mac.
