Hello bubz im a very old subscriber of yours! Probably since ten years now if I'm not wrong Past few years have been overwhelmingly busy and stressful. Wasn't really watching any of my subscriptions But today, i got a minute to sit down and watch some KZbin. And your videos made me feel so warm and comforted. Reminded me of a time back when i was a teenager and everything was right❤

Something to consider so that you can replicate your grandmother's recipe yourself in the future while you're cooking with her is to weigh the ingredients at each step. Either by weighing the container that she's pouring from before and after or by measuring the dough after she adds each thing. Then you could write down those amounts and have something that can be passed down through the family. There's so many ancestral recipes that are being lost so it would be great to be able to record hers since you're actively cooking with her.
