Going about your business under commonsensical laws can novel and even a little exciting when you’re not used to such freedom.

Most excellent. THE best way to compare is to have and use both 110s. I have a number of both and would be happy with either. I much prefer having the choice. The performance gap is so small that it really boils down to which I'm in the mood to carry that day. I suspect it won't take long to acclimatize to fixed blade EDC. Once you do its absence will affect your sense of preparedness. The 113 is a fantastic EDC fixed blade. Very non-threatening and a wonderfully capable tool. I know a few guys that EDC that blade and a few guides that have used it for several years. Continued safe journeys. I will be responding to certain package that was waiting for me upon my arrival home. Thank you very much! It will get some testing immediately. -Mo

Interesting how we stick with what we are accustom to. Good video and good progression on your travels. zane

Apart from the SAKs I haven't brought a slip joint with me. I could get accustomed to very quickly

The cat can get its own steel. It is still a source of great enjoyment .

I am doing my best and I really do appreciate the freedom. I hope you all cherish and preserve it for when future generations wake up to the need for a decent tool rather than a phone on their belt

You see Steve carrying a 110 in the pocket isn't so bad. 😉

No, you're right, works very well in the pocket, though on the belt leaves more room for lesser items. 😉

I see you have not caught the autobug yet. A lot of those States you can carry automatic knives. There is an automatic Buck 110 that is kind of Something Old Something New. I got a 40-year-old buck 110 myself. That is the quintessential Country Boy knife

Ahh well you see my friend that while I can see the rational for an auto and could be tempted, His Majesty's government will not allow me to own it or to take into the United Kingdom.

Nobody takes a blind bit of notice mate - it is both curious to me and a real pleasure - which is itself a measure of the constraints we have imposed upon us.
