@@adammaciaszek5729 It was probably sarcastic, because a general rule of improv is to never just shut down someone's idea because it'll kill the scene - but it's also fair of Sam to not be a fan of spending most of the sessions fending off the party's antics. Another tenet of improv tends to be not intentionally making the premise absurd; I think these vids have been at their funniest not when someone is purposefully doing something outrageous just to be funny, but when they try to do something at least semi-reasonable and it backfires hilariously.

He wants to push the boundaries. He needs to reach them and have his nose come up sharply against him. Then he'll know how far he can go. Darren decides since both conversations are happening at the same time in the game world, they should try to have the conversation at the same time as people playing the game. Darren is fucking hilarious. Very subtle sense of humor compared to some of his friends (who are also funny, but something about Darren's jokes fucking crack me up-- licking the door open to impress Hyphen, punching the doorknob free while everyone else is trying to hide, using a turn to put a barrel on as armor while he still has a fucking doorknob stuck to his face, and using a turn to moisturize his hands... all good stuff).

I think I have kinda the same problem as Sam. I just can’t tell teasing from bullying so whenever someone teases me relentlessly and for too long I get sad and depressed. It’s hard because my friend groups all revolve around us teasing each other so I’m perpetually confused and upset lol. I just wish I had a friend group that was just happy and nice so I could unwind and calm down before going back into the other friend groups. I feel bad because I’m constantly teasing everyone but everyone else has to be careful and on their tip toes when it comes to teasing me because if they do it too much (relentlessly) I get all sullen and quiet for the rest of the day.

Damn this was such a rollercoaster. It really felt like some of you guys weren't really into it for some of the episode and I was worried, but then you ended with genuine character development and started to build a new storyline again by the end. I really hope the series continues, but I hope you guys enjoy making it, cuz you all getting into it and adding your own humor and ideas into the game is really what has made this such a special series so far. Thanks for another episode!
