Thank you so much, Juan! I really had fun making this bucket hat ☺️. I'm going to make another one using cotton yarn and see how that turns out. I will post a picture of the one that I just made. I'm looking forward to trying more of your makes. I put my own little twist on this hat by using triple crochet for the Front and back Post stitches.

A while back, I was working on a hat, and the brim was too big. So ,I did a row of double crochet and did one front post double crochet one back double crochet. I didn't know that was called the rice stitch. Learn something every day.😊

Thank you for your easy tutorial. Much better if you provide measurement of crown, hat body and the brim. As well as the horizontal width, as reference when using a thinner or thicker yarn,

Juan, about how wide should the crown be? I'm making this with a Caron Coconut Cake and a 5.5mm hook. Just started the rice stitch but it seems so tiny...Don't know if I should trust or frog back and add more to the crown.
