I"m a fifty year old music lover and only until recently did I hear of Primus that lead me to hear of Buckethead...I have never heard nor seen anything quite like his live shows! I'm not really sure how to describe him but as his audience I too am completely fixated on his amazing ability!

Easily the greatest guitar player in the universe. His level is beyond anything l can even think of it. He can play any style with perfection, skills and soul. l can't describe in words how much l love this guy. l've been listening rock in the last 40 years or so, and l never l thought l would live to see someone surpass Hendrix. Page and Beck. His music is so unique, so personal and ingenious. l'm a fan for life, thank you Buckethead for expanding my universe ;)

Yup ... 43 here and this guy just makes me shake my head at how dead on he is with every style of music he does ... truly an artist in ever sense of the word ... Got my 67 year old father jammin to him too ... He makes me wish Zappa was still around ... would have loved to have heard the 2 of them collaborate on an album ... Love this guy!!

Young, hungry Buckethead playing with a great band... THIS is amazing stuff... I love Buckethead and am a big fan, but have only seen him play solo. I would love to see Giant Robot play!

I've seen Yngiwe, Satriani, Vai,Lynch,EVH,Page,Gillbert,Mustang,KK Downing,Schencker, Trower,Ace Freeley. Jimmy Page, Clapton,Rick Derrninger.. and this guy is in the top 5 of Uber-shredders. I can't claim to put ANYONE at #1 as all these guys have their own style. BUT, BUCKETHEAD is probably the best guitarist I've seen. 2 hours of PURE SHREDDING at every show. AMAZING.

John 5? That guy just followed in the footsteps of buckethead. I like his stuff too, but where he is excellent in technique he lacks originality in my opinion. The coolest things about him were taken directly from buckethead :) (the horror theme, robotic sounds, atonal tapping licks etc.) - but he did add women! I give him credit where it is due and have met him before. He is a HUGE fan of Buckethead, in fact I met him at a BH show. Hope he develops more of his own character and less of BH

It's more about the music, his technique and playing than it is about the show. If yo want flash then Buckethead is not for you.

brian holmes some people appear to need to have a man have sex with his guitar and contort his face to every possible stretch to prove he is emotional. Roll around on the ground and it dont matter what chord you hit lol. I can relate to both, but the reason Buckethead wore the mask, was for this exact reason. To filter out those who are looking for another 80's guitar shredder who over acts and over plays, rather than writes material of substance.

brainphreak Slash has done a lot better solos / songs than any of the bucketheads song.look how much slash can but motion in to the guitar.if I had been in this gig, I'd be bored to 5 minutes, and left out of the whole place

Bucket and Slash are both good song writers in the styles of music they choose to work in. But Buckethead is more innovative and a better player than Slash will ever be.
