Man BucketHead really does have a song for every mood. Makes me miss my father. Every time id show him buckethead he'd always say how amazing of a guitar player he is. I cant listen to the Colma album without tearing up a little bit everytime. The mood of the album really makes me miss him. I played watching the boats with my dad over a picture slideshow at his funeral. Thats why it makes me tear up so much.

His guitar playing is unorthodox in the sense that it's not contemporary, same-old- same-old, cookie-cutter playing that many of us grew up listening to. Buckethead's music is fresh, intoxicating, mystical, and relaxing. This sets him apart from others. It's kinda like when you're feeling sluggish or depressed but then you turn on the radio and a song by Boston, such as 'Foreplay/Long Time' or 'More Than A Feeling' comes on and your whole mood changes in an instance.

It makes me wonder if young guitarist even hear Tom Schotz guitar tone? . I only seen few Boston covers. I still hear amazing. I never heard Buckethead have Boston vibe. I could be wrong? Bucketheads song ‘electrum’ captures something I don’t know how to compare the sound. But the chords ‘ambrosia’ song. (Although many have used Emaj7 to E flat minor7. Melody is the same, applied different according to the chord (of course)

Mr. Buckethead, 😅 there is a newer acoustic guitar COty . Thsound opening is not on the front, but, on the top of the lovely curve top side of the guitar. There are two other the same size but oval in shape. Made out of mahogany. Beautiful. The back of the neck of the guitar is satin finish. The rest is glossy. Gorgeous 😍. Justin Johnson here on You tube unwrapped one. You gotta see it.😊❤❤❤

Yup. This is why god created us. If that be its name. Whatever the case, we were created with all this crazy complex emotion and ideas. These notes are like a backbone for this genre. On all the ways to rock or jam correctly. To feel this stuff not just as notes but as words or like words that can tell you everything regular words cant. Little stories in the notes. I myself wonder how brian doesnt glow when he plays.

I'm pretty sure if I ever wanted to play in front of people, I'd need to dress up like Bucket does with the mask and all. I don't do well with being the center of attention. Having that to hide behind would make it sooooooo much easier.

​​​@@Calgac Well, at your suggestion, I gave it another listen just now. It has kind of pensive, melancholy mood. Depending on my frame of mind, I sometimes don't feel drawn into this mood. 🤷‍♂️ It's something akin to classical, where some days I dig it, and other days I couldn't be bothered with it. Sometimes you savor a delicate quiche, and other days you hunger for a burger with crispy bacon! My musical tastes may be blunted by the familiarity of typical 12 bar progressions, to where I can't easily access anything else 🤔

@@F8Tributo ghost is my favourite from this video but my favourite acoustic from him has to be a song called reaching he switches to electric half way through and the song is unreal reminds me of jimi hendrixx should give it a listen if you haven’t already
