2 really great but not well known songs are Too Many Humans and Superhuman. Superhuman is a tribute to his friend Shawn Lane, arguably the most gifted musician to ever pick up an electric guitar. Buckethead actually developed his 4 finger tapping technique in an attempt to emulate something he heard on a cassette tape made by Shawn.

That cassette from Shawnlane I think was sampled? I could be wrong. There’s was a video of Shawn lane 93? It should still be on KZbin. Shawn explains the cassette that buckethead tried to match to his playing.

Buckethead makes beautiful music. Buckethead makes all kinds of music. One of bucetheads closest friends is bootsycollins bass player from funkadelic, parliament, etc. One time buckethead was with bootsy and his girlfriend at Hollywood awards music movie, years ago. Talk show, actress ‘Joan Rivers’ thought buckethead was deliberately joking. (Because buckethead wears mask 6foot 6inch tall with yellow rain coat.) Joan rivers was trying to get Buckethead to talk (Buckethead doesn’t talk, maybe to someone he knows, but people around Buckethead know that he doesn’t talk) in public anyway. She totally bad mouthed Buckethead next day. Bootsys model girl friend said ‘He doesn’t talk’ (trying not to be rude to Joan rivers didn’t ‘get it’. He doesn’t talk” but I’ll speak for him, if I have to.. like back the f*’* off. Joan tried to make buckethead out to be joke.. Which didn’t matter buckethead fans know he’s got more talent, than most of receiving awards
