Buckethead solo 2004 06 05 Streetlight Records San Jose CA

This show is about 2 months after it was officially announced he was no longer a member of GnR. Lots of GnR fans in the crowd as you can hear someone yell a request for the GnR song "Paradise City".
I remember arriving late in the morning around 10 or 11am with my coffee and bagel w/ cream cheese. There was only maybe half a dozen of us at this time. I think were allowed inside around 1 or 2 pm, still not many people were there by this time, maybe 20-30 at the most.
Once the show started I think around 3pm, I never looked back into the crowd, because I was directly in front of the stage watching Buckethead. Once the show ended I turned around to look out into the crowd and I was like "OMG" this crowd is massive. You can see it at the end of the video.
Being that this one of the few solo performances after leaving GnR, the boy seems a little nervous and having a few technical issues at the beginning, but by the third song, he seems a lot more comfortable and though despite a few stumbles here and there, he just goes for it! The solos contained in this performance are very special, unique and just simply blistering!
Special Thanks to whoever filmed and sent me this, I sincerely appreciate it.
The audio is slightly blown out during the first song, but hey we can't help that. The little consumer video cameras were not designed for high volume concerts. It clears up by the second song.

Eric TODD Yeah when Google purchased YT around 2015/2016, they sent everyone an email saying you will need to log into you account by December 31st 11:59pm PST to keep it active on the Google servers/platform. Well Google forgot 2 things; 1. The emails they sent out didn’t mention you had to perform a “two step authentication” otherwise you would be locked out of your account starting January 1st 2017 irc. I received the email but I do not remember reading that I had to perform the two step authentication process, so I am permanently locked out of my old account (and I’m sure it happened to a few other accounts as well). 2. Google as smart as they “think” they are also forgot the fact that people have Spam folders and Spam inboxes and may have never received the email. All those accounts seem to remain online but some of the older Buckethead accounts, the owners may be locked out and unable to upload new content. If I ever get locked out I’ll just create a new account with the same YT name as this account and just add a “ v2.0 “ at the end 👍

I remember that too but i forgot my password. I did all the stuff it said and kept my account. The jewish mother show is gone the one apr 29 06, the whole show was up last year- another good show had that1guy playing and pinch face live. But theres ones I've never seen that you've been uploading lately that are really good

Eric TODD Yep I did all that too and then my email associated with that account was hacked so I couldn’t recover a new password, and YT refused to help me, oh well. I didn’t know YT deletes videos after 10 years if you don’t log into your account, is that true? I just looked and I don’t have that Jewish Mother show. I have 2006-04-22 San Juan Capistrano CA, but then it jumps to 2006-06-04 Italian American Social Club Las Vegas NV 😞

Do you have Buckethead before he was buckethead he did a demo tape with Joey Tafolla that was similar style to Cacophony. Buckethead was around 16 or 17 yrs old at the time making the demo tape with Joey Tafolla for Mike Varney Shrapnel Records??

@@keyboardwarria maybe it was P-sticks or the record store staff. I’m not sure if P-sticks (Buckethead’s nephew or cousin, can’t remember which) was Bucketheads stage tech/roadie back in 2004. It was 18 years ago my memory is a little fuzzy lol.
