Depends on what you sell, where and to whom. There's also a difference if you re-sell closed cans/bottles or if you pour it into cups or glasses. For the latter you need a license. The former is allowed on private events or as long as you dont sell it to "kids" (in Germany drinking age for wine-like stuff and beer is 16. For liqueur above 15% or so like Vodka, Rum, Whisky etc 18+)

He was charging €30 for 2 half bottles. There was plenty other cheap German bevvy on sale, everyone who had a bottle was chuffed to have their Buckie and the price they paid. There was a boy in front of me smuggled 2 half bottles into the Switzerland game under his armpits, he refused to lift his arms up for the search pretending he was sore 😂😂😂😂

I partied with loads of other nationalities over in Germany for 10 days mate. They were all great and I never seen any violence or felt under threat at any point. A wee bit hassle to us when Scotland scored against Switzerland. But the ticket I had put me right bang in the middle of the main swiss fans and I was waving my Scotland flag in the drummers face 😂 but it was all sorted out and nothing escalated.
