Great watch Buckin'! Great timing as I'm about to hang one for the first time, 4lb Plumb Tassie (in Tasmania, no less), rescued from being a rusty door stop, onto a 36" Hickory handle. The rust is off, the shine is coming back and the hafting isn't far away.

When we split Granite with feathers and wedges the hitting word is Conk. We use the word Conk like Doink in a football analogy when the ball hits the up rights. But when you said listen for it I was waiting to hear Hay Mr. tambourine play your song for me.
