Not that anyone cares, but a local high school where I used to live would give away $10,000 if you could do this in 30 seconds while rebounding for yourself. The absolute best way to approach this is to shoot the three first. And concentrate 100% on that three. You make the three, grab the ball, lay it up, you’re 4 seconds in and halfway through. Knock down the free throw, and you can probably get three half court shots up with the remaining time.
