Here's the thing, obviously you haven't done research either, just because there aren't many bad side effects that we know of, doesn't mean there aren't more bad side effects that we don't know about, we know about alcohol from all the studies done, however, far fewer studies have been done on weed, you can literally develop the same cough smokers get from weed, you can also get some pretty bad breathing problems as well as common cycles of nausea and vomiting from long term use. These are just some effects we know of, a lot more studies need to be done on weed. You can't say alcohol is more dangerous than weed if you don't know for sure. Also, It's probably easier to O.D on weed(marijuana toxicity) than getting alcohol poisoning.
