Couple of questions, I get the impression it’s more difficult to GM Delta Green than a lot of other RPGs with keeping the atmosphere and how it tends to use quite a few hand outs? Secondly how much does it spoil things if you play having previously GM’d assuming you’re not familiar with the scenario?

Good questions 1) Call of Cthulhu has *far* more handouts - so many in fact that there are complete realistic handout sets you can buy from HPLHS 2) it doesn’t spoil anything really. For one you never *really* know who you’re working for.
