Hello, i live in germany and want to get out for a view month because of the comming vaccination obligation . Is Budapest a god city to get around this crazy covd sht?

I can only speak for our experience during the restrictions that were at the end of October/beginning of November, which were to wear a mask in public transport, but also to either have a vaccine pass OR a negative covid test at the border. 😊
