Wonderful talk by Ajahn Bramali. When Ajahn Brahmali talks about a corrupt person’s experience on their deathbed it brought a Biblical verse up in my mind: “For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world and lose his own soul?” That’s from Mark, 8:36. And another: “And he said to them, ‘Take heed and beware of covetousness, for one’s life does not consist in the abundance of the things he possesses .’” From Luke, 12:15. And Ajahn also mentions a Biblical verse himself: “And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch.” That’s Matthew 15:14. Since I became a Buddhist and left Christianity, the Gospels’ verses have become deeply meaningful to me, more than they ever did when I was a Christian.

Correctly you DONT TAKE SIDES. But children n women homeless hungry terror is important. You cant take a blind eye to the suffering.

Absolutely not. Never ignore suffering if you can do something about it. Sometimes you can't. Be ok with both the best you can. :)

Who is really moral ? Isnt a certain king has a wife but also a mistress . Tell me where morals are who has them ? I think you should stick to healing n helping people dont get involved in political groups
