I have another argument that Vasubandu could use in response to the time-space determinants challenge... When it appears that many persons are observing the same thing at the same time...those other persons that I see co-observing the thing along with me ARE ALSO ONLY PROJECTIONS OF MY CONSCIOUSNESS. And, at the root, there is only ONE consciousness...which manifests or appears to be many...My consciousness, Your consciousness, etc.

Yogcara school of buddhism is similar to 3rd level reality of shankracharya. From 3rd level of reality (parmrthik) every object of this world seems unreal, here only brahm real. (Ex - rope is absolute unreal) thus it holds theory of Idealism But from 2nd level of reality - these object have existence, they are real (Ex - rope as rope) Thus it does not hold Theory of Idealism but holds Realism From 1st level of reality (pratibhasik) Here sense of illusion seems real (Ex - rope as snake) Thus it does not holds Idealism and Realism both. By BIHARI villager who don't have degree in philosophy but read it due to interest.

The "mind" that Vasubadhu , spoke of was not "there". To begin with. Nagarjuna got it right.
