Sentient beings are sinking in the sea of sufferings and attaching to samsara, under the control of their karma. Those who create good karma physically, verbally, or mentally will be reborn into heaven or the world of humans. Whoever does good deeds will be born in a happy and lucky life and have good results. Those who create evil karma physically, verbally, or mentally will be reborn into lower worlds of hell, hungry ghosts, or animals. Whoever does bad deeds will be born into an unhappy life, suffering from many miseries and having bad outcomes. Effect, so one must do good karma through The Body, The Mouth, And The Mind to avoid pains and sorrows later.

@hichamelkasbaoui3166 so according to buddhism, what you can do to stop worrying is to be aware that you are worrying about it. Everytime you think about it you have to be aware that you are thinking about it. eventually you will stop thinking about it. The main thing is to be aware about your thoughts. Remind yourself to Live in the present.

Eighteen years ago, my world shattered when my wife cheated on me, and left me, betraying our marriage. Taking our child with her, she wielded the courts against me, effectively keeping me from him for nearly two decades. Throughout these long years, I've relentlessly tormented myself with thoughts of failure: "I failed him," "He deserved a father," "I didn't fight hard enough." The voices haunt me, whispering, "You didn't deserve to be a father," "You deserve your misery." Despite my ceaseless efforts, forgiveness remains elusive. Loving oneself proves an arduous task when one's actions have caused another's suffering. Thank you for these videos.
@personnumber426 ай бұрын
Sorry you have had to go through that. That sounds horrible. If I can offer one observation, it seems you very much blame her for the situation but blame yourself for passing that experience to your child. She holds a lot of responsibility as well for any negative experience your child has faced. From the sounds of it, you may be angry at yourself for not being in control of the situation for the sake of your child, yet it sounds like it wasn’t a situation that could be controlled. That sucks so much. I feel for you, and hope for your strength as you heal, process, and accept what has happened. Keep moving forward friend, and I hope you reconnect if you haven’t yet.

Why one man is poor while another one is rich? Why one man is attached to a certain job while another one can choose his preferred job? Why one man is smart and another one is stupid? Everything is governed by causation. The people are rich because they practiced the alms-giving to the poor and offered to respectful saints in their past lives. The people are poor because they wasted money or were greedy, and selfish. Karma rules human life. Please believe in karma. A person will reap what he sowed in the absolute fairness of the law of karma. If you do bad deeds you will fall into hell, and become animals or hungry ghosts when you die. Only when you have a noble life you will move into heaven or be reborn into a human life with many blessings. Anyone who understands that Karma controls beings' lives, whether of noble or low birth, starts to have the right understanding. This world is impermanent. Please diligently cultivate to seek liberation and enlightenment.

I am extremely sorry to hear this. I hope you can find peace and consolation. May I say that it is never too late to reach out to your child? My father was very cold and distant with me in my childhood and then he died when I was 19. I am 43 now, and up to this day I miss him. I would talk to him now if he reached out and wanted to be my dad. Also, you can explain to your son that it was your wife's decision to keep him away from you. That was unkind. He will understand. While people who we love are alive, there's always a way to tell them that we love them. Don't miss this chance. Life is short.

Practice love and kindness to yourself first. Without self love and self kindness you cannot be kind to someone else. 1. Do not believe in lables- Do not lable yourself with your incapabilities or mistakes or weaknesses or imperfections. 2. Learn to accept mistakes- Do not let your mistakes define your character. You always have the chance to improve and move on, believe in it. 3. Stop criticism- Stop criticising yourself and others. Criticism steals our self love and self value. 4. Believe that imperfection is beautiful- When we accept our imperfections we can focus on ourself and our love towards ourself ✨Self love is not selfishness ✨

I try to be hard on myself to remain humble, but I think there is a careful line to cross, because it can become self-hate. And I have failed to find that line many times. Just know that this is really...a never ending battle. There is no mastery of this, all it takes is one bad day to topple years of discipline. Stay strong, and keep forging on the path forward. My favorite line is, believe that imperfection is beautiful. There is no greater wisdom in this world. Sometimes on dark days, that lone thought keeps me going, gives me a reason to cling on.

BUDDHA'S PATH HAS TAUGHT US Buddha's path has taught us about the boundless compassion for all beings. He has taught us about karma, and the absolute fairness of the law of cause and effect. Bhagava has taught us about the eightfold path, about meditating to calm the mind through the four profound levels of meditation. He has taught us about the four levels of sainthood. Buddha has taught us about the path to end all sufferings, to be liberated from the cycle of death and rebirth, to achieve the supreme enlightenment of an Arahat, and to eliminate ego and ignorance. Without Bhagava we will forever be the ignorant ones.

I am really thankful for sharing your wisdom it brought me a lot of visible changes in me. I would be really grateful if you explain - "How to stop repeating the same mistakes?" I am unable to say no to my friends or some other people whenever they ask to spend more time.. even tho I know it ends up ruining my schedule. And sometimes it feels like my brain doesn't want to do anything, being stubborn or numb to my own self. Ending up not being productive at all.
@raghavgujjar11 ай бұрын
Hope you don't mind if I take a stab at responding. Spending time with friends is one of the most rewarding experiences which mustn't regret. We are social as humans and it is only natural to want to hang out with people. Your friends may also have their own schedules. I'm sure they will also be concerned if their schedule gets messed up. Don't be too hard on yourself for not being productive. I'm sure you will find some time in the day when you are not with friends and use that time for productive work. Your brain may feel numb when you are not with friends as there may always be a tendency to seek out. Don't try to force anything on yourself. See if you are able to catch yourself in this state and became aware of where you are in your surroundings, how you are feeling and see if there is a part of you that feels I want to get some work done and make that feeling stronger. It takes practice but will develop over time.
